I saw a dr at hillcrest medical centre. I had severe pain, hardly any use of my arm, was walking with a limp. I was told I had arthritis and a sprained wrist. I went and saw another Dr. Turned out I had 3 collapsed discs in my cervical spine, with one protruding causing a stenosis of my spinal cord. Ended up having emergency surgery. Thanks doc for your misdiagnosis. Never will I go back there again

Reception staff very helpful, patient and friendly. My doctor here really does care for each and every patient. Very good service experience for a bulk bill clinic. Better quality service over all the private clinics I've visited thus far

Dr Madara’s care was truly spot‑on. I saw her on a Friday evening when I was in a bit of a health crisis, with a mix of symptoms that even I, as a health professional, couldn’t connect to any clear diagnosis. She isn’t my regular GP, and it was the end of her shift, so I wasn’t expecting much given she didn’t know my medical history. Her assessment was concise but thorough, and her treatment plan was exactly what I needed. We discussed 2 issues where she prescribed 3 meds. I took all the medications she prescribed for both of my unrelated issues, and I felt noticeably better after the very first dose. Thank you, Dr Madara. I’d definitely recommend her.

I waited for 1.5hour because the receptionist with the red hair just forgot to click on the system that I had arrived to my appointment!!! Not only that, when I asked if my appointment was still happening she even asked if I did the check in with her.. that means she didn’t even remember my face from an hour ago and waiting like an idiot on the chair just in front of her! Totally unprofessional and a waist of my time!

Dr. Anjalee Goyal has done a fantastic job. She took excellent care of my son and my wife, providing clear advice, guidance, and support at every step. From explaining everything beforehand to advising us on what to do next in the future, she handled everything perfectly. We visited her for vaccines for our 2-month-old baby and for a general check up for my wife’s recovery after pregnancy. She was very caring, patient, and thorough, which made us feel completely comfortable and confident. We are extremely happy with the way she looked after my family and would definitely recommend Dr. Anjalee Goyal to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable GP

Extremely disappointed no recommendations to anyone we pay for talk and they want extra pay for talking why do we go to the GP to share our problems or sickness and they treat us like we talk to the point and go back they start counting time if they want extra they should be mentioned before consulting so was disappointed today no humanity especially the Indian GP 🥺

First time has been so disappointing at any medical centre in last 11 years. Receptionist was rude when asked after waiting for doctor for more than 1 hour. Doctor was running behind 50 minutes to attend patients. No apologies, total wastage of time. So called educated people don’t value time. Totally unprofessional behaviour.

Dr. Madara is by far the best GP I’ve ever met. Compared to doctors at other medical centres, she is exceptionally caring and takes the time to listen and give thoughtful advice. The only downside was that she was so busy I had to wait about an hour past my appointment time — but even so, I highly recommend her!

Not happy with how we were treated by Dr. Madara. Very unprofessional behaviour and not listening to the patient at all. Cannot possibly fix a problem when you don’t want to listen to the patient. We chose to see her in good faith but not again. Very disappointed.

No longer bulk bills all patients. This is a disappointing step backward for struggling working people who can’t get concession. Why did they originally offer universal bulk billing upon opening the clinic, only to revoke it? Revised my review down.

After seeing Dr Bala Goyal and Dr Anjalee Goyal over many years, I have found them extremely reliable, knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. I am always comfortable and never rushed. I highly recommend both doctors!

Lovely medical centre to visit. Reception staff were really friendly, helpful & polite. My Doctor was on time,very thorough & Professional. I felt very valued as a patient, my doctor listened to me & asked questions & I wasn't rushed out the door. Treated like a person not a number. I would recommend this Medical Practice it has a calm & friendly environment.
