Today on my commute back home, the alternator completely failed in the middle of the highway. I was able to pull over to the side and called Highway King Mechanics. Amazing mechanics and customer service goes above and beyond. I initially came here for an oil change and then explained a possible transmission issue with another car. The owner of the shop, Fardin, is an honest guy that went into detail explaining the issues and helped me save money after he discovered a previous mechanic had misdiagnosed the issue. While I was bringing the car into the shop, my car lost power and the amazing staff helped push the car from the road into the shop. I had a great experience with the Technicians and Highway King Mechanic. They gave me a quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem my car was having. I was worried about my car but I felt calm after speaking with them, they give a stress free experience (which is priceless), the communication was easy and very helpful to me to understand what was happening with my car, they came to chance the broken part at my house which was very convenient for me.
