Mitch from High Tide did an awesome job installing 3 split systems for us. He's personable, and honest, there was no hard sell, which we really appreciated. He is super responsive and squeezed in both the quote and install in the same month. The install job was really neat, and Mitch cleaned up after himself as he went. He was also great with our pets, and careful not to let them escape. A fantastic local AC installer.

Mitch did a great job moving two aircons and adding two aircons He was very neat and a pleasure to deal with. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done really quickly. Aircons are working well and his rates were very reasonable

Mitch came out at short notice to repair our split system that was leaking into our lounge room. He knew what to do straight away and wouldn’t leave until it was perfect. Would highly recommend Mitch, super friendly, clean and well priced .

Mitch came to my rescue during the busy days leading up to Christmas. Needed to have someone to reinstall an air conditioner to help owner get unit ready to sell. Not only was he exceptionally pleasant but took the initiative and contacted the owner to expedite the reinstall ASAP since we were on a tight schedule. Great job, great customer service, and an all around great guy! Highly recommend him. If other companies fail you, give High Tide Air Conditioning a try!

Mitch is awesome! Mitch did an amazing job installing my new air conditioning unit! Super friendly, showed up on time, and made the whole process really easy. He explained everything, worked super hard, and left the salon super clean. The AC works perfectly! Mitch was friendly, professional and clean. We called him out to service my 94 YO Mum’s A/C he was very respectful and trustworthy. We were very happy and Mum said… “he was a lovely young man”! We will get him back to install another new A/C unit next time as we feel very confident with his service.
