Needed a place to workout so checked out this place after Anytime wouldn't allow a trial or a drop-in. The staff was very friendly and I had a great workout. It's an older facility but has lots of space.

I love this gym!! It’s the first gym in high River used to be called “fitness factory”.
It’s clean, organized and new high quality equipments and weights, I love the renovations and the new room that’s been recently added. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is cheap and includes some activities that they have upstairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
