High Mark Construction Project Manager, Steve Ferreri, diligently worked with us through the whole process of having a new roof installed on our home. Steve thoroughly discussed all the details of having a new roof installed and the documents we were signing. His vast roofing knowledge gave us a lot of confidence when answering our many questions He helped us with selecting the shingle color and even gave us a list of houses High Mark had installed new roofs on so we could actually see how different colored shingles looked installed. That really helped with our selection. Steve was only a phone call away when we had more questions or concerns. He was always friendly when we called and never made us feel like we were bothering him. Steve has a great personality and his customer service is awesome.
The roofing crew that installed our new roof were excellent. It was a cold and windy day when our roof was installed. Our roof is very steep and high. We were very impressed with the crews work and attention to detail. They started at 7:15 AM and finished up around 8:00 PM. Our new roof was installed in one day and it looks amazing. When they left it looked like they were never here except for our beautiful new roof. The crew cleaned up all the debris.

This company changed my roof in October 2025. Mr. Keith Hinkle was the project manager who worked with me. They inspected my roof initially and found out the damages caused by the previous months thunderstorm and documented the same and helped me submit the claim to the insurance agency. The insurance agency rejected two times, but Keith brought in proof of the damage and convinced that changing a few shingles only will worsen the situation. Finally the insurance company paid for a new roof. Thank you Keith for standing with us and taking care of the roof. Their dealings were professional and I will recommend them for anyone!
I recently had an issue with part of my ridge vent capping taking flight in high winds. Keith Hinckle was quick to help when I reached out to High Mark. He assessed the damage, covered the open ridge vent and saw the project through to repair. My ridge vent capping is good as new and you would never know the damage occurred. You can be confident when you reach out to High Mark and especially Keith Hinckle. He walked that roof like he lived up there and made sure there was no other hidden damage. 10/10 would call again.
High Mark Construction replaced my roof as part of an insurance claim for wind damage. Devin Will was easy to work with and very confident throughout the process that the claim would be taken care of. Communication was easy and the headache of a major project was minimal.

What had happened was, I was having some windows replaced and I called Highmark at the urging of many of my friends from improv class and also videos I keep getting targeted with on Insta. A couple of days before they were scheduled to come, a spider had tooken up residents in the high corner of my cathedral ceiling. Seeing as how I am deathly afraid of spiders (and all bugs really, and rodents), I could not walk through my foyer to leave my house and missed 1 day of work and improv class. When RG from Highmark arrived, I asked him to please help me kill this spider so I can leave my house it had me hostage. And RG didn’t bat an eye. When I tell you this man saved my life, I am not joking. Also then he did the window work and let me tell you how happy I am with the results. I went to improv and told all my friends how right they are about Highmark. You go, boys!!
