Such a good dental practice.
I have been attending this dentist since lockdown and have always been treated with kindness and respect by every single staff member I have ever encountered there.
I have always ground my teeth and this has caused many dental issues throughout my life. Octavian Gheorgheoiu, my dentist here, pointed out just how ground down my teeth had become and shared with me various options as to how this could be managed…
From the very simple, cheapest options of just carrying on continuing on with patching me up as we go along through to the options of both composite or porcelain crowns and veneers.
There was no hard sell… no sell at all actually… and it was my choice to metaphorically bite the bullet and choose 16 porcelain crowns and veneers to be fitted over several months.
It wasn’t a simple process. At times it was tough, involving long appointments and a lot of local anaesthetic and drilling.. not pleasant but not painful either… then needing to depend on temporary crowns and veneers, for weeks rather than days, until the final product was ready.
The care and guidance I received throughout this process was excellent though. I wasn’t rushed and was always taken seriously and treated with the upmost dignity and respect.
I didn’t want very bright white teeth as I’m older and just wanted a very natural looking finished look that was strong enough to resist my persistent tooth grinding.
Even though I did feel overwhelmed at times during this process, I have never felt any regrets… any complications that arose were always dealt with as a priority and always responded to calmly and professionally with the minimum of fuss.. which helped me in managing my own anxiety.
Now it’s all finally completed I am so very happy and grateful for the outcome… please see my before and after photos to see just how natural looking the finished result is.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you for giving me my smile back.

I was recommended to see the hygienist at Highcliffe dental care after my 6month check up. And wow what a difference. I have receeding gums and plaque had built up on the backs on my teeth.
I was seen by a wonderful hygienist called Lycyna and the dental nurse Libby.
I was dreading the appointment as i have sensitive teeth, but Lucyna was so gentle and made me feel at ease.
Libby was a fantastic nurse and so friendly.
My teeth are back to being spotlessly clean and I am very grateful.

All nice treatment from the receptionist to Deavis himself . One small niggle
No offer of a cup of mouthwash to rinse the mouth after treatment.

OK, So yesterday was my 2nd filling In 40 years, and from what I can remember I had no injections or gas. Ack then, so this was a first for me. Dr Octavian and his nurse were very reassuring and made me feel slightly less concerned 😟, I was never relaxed, but it went very well. At times I felt like I was being waterboarded as water billed up in my throat, but a good swallow fixed it and it did not put off or upset Octavian 👍. Things went well 😛🤪, just a numb lower jaw 😉, which is something different 🤪🤪. Anyway things are feeling a bit more normal now and the filling is hardly noticeable, just a little sensitive, but I’m sure that will disappear over time.
I’m very happy with the service I received and the results, I would recommend Highcliffe Dental Care. But having not been to a dentist for 6 years I am shocked by the price, I will however be going there for my future appointment as I’m very happy with the service that I received 👍👍🫶🫶

If there was an award for receptionist of then year Carolina would definitely win it. Very professional, attentive and really puts you at ease as soon as you walk in .

Offered an appointment the day after calling, whilst waiting, only 10minutes, was informed of the slight delay. Treatment explained with the aid of live photographs. Staff welcoming and very friendly.

I had my first new patient exam here and was really impressed with the care I received. The dentist (Dr Octavian Gheorgheoiu) carried out a very thorough check-up, explained everything clearly, and also discussed Invisalign with me as an option for straightening my teeth. I felt no pressure — just helpful, honest advice about what treatment would suit me best. The receptionist (Carolina Aguiar) were lovely and friendly, the practice is clean and I left feeling reassured and well-informed. A great first experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment here.
