Exceptional brow transformation! After visiting Andy at HighBrow over a year ago, he carefully recommended removing the multiple pigment colors on my brows before starting fresh. Through over 10 sessions of meticulous pigment removal, Andy showed incredible patience and professionalism. Even with my oily skin, the final embroidery turned out flawlessly, and he provided a follow-up touch-up to perfect the results. My brows now look beautifully natural, and I feel so confident wearing caps and sunhats. I highly recommend Andy for anyone looking to transform their brows!

Thank you, Yan Zi! After a few non-satisfactory experiences with some of the big names and after a pico laser to remove some parts of the bad brows, I finally found somebody whom is my eyebrow saver. She is patient and non-pushy which I appreciate. My 2nd time with Yan Zi and I see a long term relationship with her!

Beautician who wasn't compassionate I wrote a review a couple of years back praising the quality and how great their products were. This picture attached shows the third day of how red my eyes were when they used the remover. I told the beautician that my right eye is very painful.. She said oh have to wait 5 minutes to let it work so can remove the old lashes. I repeated that my eyes hurt. So I tokk it off and asked her to wash it off. She used 2 saline tube and said it OK. I trusted her and this is the pain I have to endure even after using eyes drops and eye bath. Please let me know what I should do. Everytime I blink my right eye, I can feel soreness. I've been your customer for may many years and I don't think is fair!
