I had a poor experience with this clinic. My consultation lasted less than 5 minutes and no one came within a metre of my skin despite dealing with complex and varied challenges. I agreed to a treatment over 6 sessions. Although the nurse doing it was kind there seemed to be an aversion to wanting to discuss why in fact my treatment was not improving my skin. At the last session, my skin was no better. The nurse took a photo and then ushered me out of the door. Why photos were being taken given I had not given permission to be posted, and there was no discussion about next steps or honest discussions about lack of improvement is beyond me. I am now hundreds of pounds down while on a low income with no results and seemingly no openness to discussion. I must say one of the receptionists was also very unpleasant indeed and made me feel very uncomfortable. Lesley on the other hand was lovely. The lack of transparency and attention to detail that I experienced means I would never return.

I visited Helen's Honiton practice on 17th September.Kate and Helen were very warm and welcoming.Helen gave me Botox treatment for severe teeth grinding which I have suffered with for 60 years.The actual treatment was done exceptionally well and I felt completely at ease in Helen's professional hands.I have tried everything else for this condition but this treatment is the only thing that works really well.

Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients really sets them apart. Loving the new look! Finally I now wear necklaces again and joy of joy collarless tops! Its a massive confidence boost and I can honestly say I am just over the moon with the result of my treatment. It was virtually pain free - only a little stinging sensation which lasted just a few minutes. I really cant believe how much better I feel about myself even if I am older! Excellent. I think Jodie is a lovely person, with a genuine caring & thoughtful nature. She's absolutely adorable in fact. My fillers & Botox were great. Very natural looking & well worth the money. It has given me renewed confidence. I took a photograph of myself the day before & asked AI to roughly estimate how old I looked. It said 60-65. I was disappointed as I am 65! but always looked younger for my age. However a couple of years of stress has certainly taken its toll on my face! I know AI can make mistakes but I did it twice. I did it again a few times after my treatment and this time it said late 40's to mid 50's. Whohoo! How great is that. I can really see the difference. I've got other niggling things to be fixed; ie some pigment scarring & spider veins on leg. So I can't wait to get those fixed too. Jodie I'm a new woman this morning.... Also I know we all heal differently but not a bruise, swelling or a puncture mark. You'd never know except I look 15 years younger. Thank you so much. 🥰
