I had a great experience here with endoscopy! From the front desk receptionist, to the nurses and assistants, everyone was great. Anesthesiologist was David and he was very kind and explained everything well. My nurse was Lisa and she was super sweet and thorough. Dr Fox was very kind as well. I have zero complaints and won't hesitate to have my next procedure there. Great team!

Dr. Farmer and his team were wonderful. They were very thorough during their exam. The staff were very friendly! Shoutout to Lee for doing a wonderful job with my lab work! She was so sweet! I would recommend Hattiesburg GI Associates.

I would like to express my concerns regarding my interaction with Nancy, who works remotely as a phone representative. During our conversation, I found her demeanor to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I did not feel that I was given the opportunity to express my concerns in a respectful or supportive environment. When I attempted to ask questions regarding appointment scheduling, Nancy immediately stated that I had canceled or rescheduled appointments multiple times and that a new policy had been adopted. I calmly asked why I had not been notified of these policy changes prior to today. I also explained that some of the appointment changes were the result of the medical office rescheduling my visits, which required me to adjust my schedule accordingly. Rather than addressing my concerns or providing clarification, I felt that Nancy was focused on criticizing my appointment history instead of assisting me. As a patient/customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism when seeking information about my care and scheduling options. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that staff members are reminded of the importance of respectful communication and customer service.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this medical office while trying to coordinate some routine care during my travels. The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly dismissive and acted like answering a basic question about scheduling was a massive burden. After waiting over an hour past my actual appointment time in a cold, uncomfortable waiting room, I was finally brought back only to feel completely rushed through the consultation. The doctor spent barely five minutes in the room and brushed off my questions with generic answers before handing me off to billing. Trying to get a response from their office over the phone for follow up questions has been an absolute nightmare, and I would definitely recommend looking for a different clinic that actually treats patients with a bit of respect and empathy.

My daughter has reached out to the nurse of Dr Troy several times as well as leaving messages for two days about concerning issues that should have been followed up on. She’s scheduled for an EGD on Friday which she’s concerned about getting now since she can’t get a call back from the nurse or the DR. about things that are getting worse and flaring up. She’s been told several times yesterday and today both that they were too busy and would call her when they get a chance. No call back still. She’s been told the message went to the dr and still nothing. Considering she has been to the ER already and tried to reach out to her Dr with concerns someone should have reached back out by now. If you have to call that many times and still find out nothing and don’t get any answers then why would you trust a Dr doing a procedure! I work in healthcare care, this is unacceptable.

Dr. Buckley is an excellent gastroenterologist, very professional, yet very down to earth to speak with. He personally calls his patients to inform them of pathology results post colonoscopy. I am thrilled he is still working as I heard he retired with Dr Fox and Morissette. The staff is great, very caring also!

They did a great job from beginning to end. The reception desk was helpful and efficient. I got a pain free stick for the IV. The anesthesiologist listened well and went over my history, as well as accounting for the weight loss from prepping. The doctor went over everything with me before starting. The entire process was quick - I was out for less than an hour. They stayed in touch with my contact the whole time. I'm going to let my PCP know to send more patients to them.

I had my first procedure did this morning and I must say my experience was wonderful. Everyone was so nice, caring, and kind. I was so nervous and they reassured me that everything would be okay and that I was in good hands. I didn't catch my nurses name but we talked about her trip to Hawaii. She was the most sweetest, kindest, most caring nurse i have ever met. She has a wonderful personality and is beautiful inside and out. We talked like we have known each other forever and we had just met. Thank you all for taking such great care of me and Dr. Fox is wonderful.

I had a great experience with Dr. Fox and everyone at the clinic today. Everyone was so nice and friendly from the front desk workers, and everyone in the back. I was so nervous when I arrived but everyone made the visit so pleasant. Dr. Fox was so nice and listened to me and his bed side manners are top notch. I highly recommend this clinic.
