This was my first experience with HGHMX, and I can’t overstate how impressed I was with every aspect of the transaction. I had a great experience with HGHmx. Graham explained everything upfront and everything went accordingly. After reviewing my blood work, I was given a prescription for HGH. I was originally nervous about traveling from Mexico to the United States with my medication. Graham ensured me that all required documentation would be provided, so I was legally allowed to take my medication back to the United States. Since I was picking my medication up in Cancun, I had to prepay in order to have the medication shipped there. This made me slightly skeptical. Graham said I could travel to Mexico City instead to get my medication. This would eliminate pre-shipment of the medication and would not require advance payment. Travel to Cancun was cheaper and more convenient for me, so I decided to prepay. I met Octavio in Cancun. Octavio was also great to work with. He reached out to me a few days prior to my trip to confirm details. When I met him he provided me with a note from the doctor stating I was under her care, along with the 90 day dosing requirement. In addition, I was given a stamped copy of the prescription. The medication was packed in a small personal cooler with enough ice for 24 hours. Traveling through US customs was a nonevent. Due to my concerns of getting my medication seized from customs, I only purchased 120mg. I figured this would reduce my losses if it was seized. Now I wish I would have purchased the full 240mg. Another trip is definitely in my future.
I just made my second trip to pick up more HGH. This trip went as well as the first one. I worked with Graham to have everything setup before my arrival. Similar to my first trip I pre paid for the HGH. I stayed a few days in Cancun this time. The day before my return flight home, Octavio delivered my medication to me outside my hotel. When setting up the drop off I mentioned my concerns with keeping the medication cold. Octavio gave me additional ice packs so I could leave my medication on ice and give the additional ice packs to the hotel staff to keep frozen. The next morning before I left, I swapped out the ice packs. I had no issues at the Cancun airport when taking my carry on with the medication in it through security. When I arrived at my home airport I was not questioned or checked. I was able to walk right through customs. All the proper documentation was given to me when I received my medication, but was not needed when I went through customs. Another great experience.

While I was initially a bit hesitant traveling abroad for treatment, the entire process was extremely smooth and I am very grateful to Graham and his team.
Flying to Mexico City was a direct flight for me and there is a nice hotel that is literally connected to the airport terminal which made everything very comfortable. Graham met me at the hotel and coordinated the endocrinologist visit at their offices which are close by.
Once my prescription was approved he went through the process of returning to the US in detail and provided all the paperwork and provided me with proper transportation of the medication for the flight home.

I contacted HGHmx last Wednesday as a last ditch effort to try get growth hormone for my son. He was prescribed it by his endocrinologist but my insurance denied prior authorization so the only way for me to get it was to pay out of pocket, which is about $16,000 per month in the US. Prices in Mexico are much more reasonable and I found myself on a plane to Mexico City 3 days later.
My experience with HGHmx has been wonderful from the moment I contacted the company. Graham sent an email within minutes, followed by a call to explain the process. He and his team are professional, caring, knowledgeable , and are excellent in communicating. He eased my nerves, answered alllll of my questions quickly with an email, text or phone call, and explained the process about flying in to pick it up then returning home the same day.
He met me at the airport just after my plane landed and walked me through how to use the medication and everything to expect when going through customs on the way home. The medication came in factory sealed boxes that were packed in a cooler with ice packs, making travel back to the US easy. I was also provided the dosing pen, needles, a sharps container and alcohol swabs. I was given a folder with all the necessary documentation for crossing back into the US with it. Although TSA never checked my bag and it was a breeze :-) Graham even walked me to my terminal and checked in later to make sure I arrived back home safely.
If you are on the fence about using this company, I’d say go for it! I was extremely nervous and it all worked out better than I could have imagined! Thank you :-)
