I was diagnosed with Adult Human Growth Hormone Deficiency 6 years ago. I had been on HGH treatment until I moved from the US to Panama last year. HGH is not available in Panama and without treatment, my symptoms of HGH deficiency returned and quickly worsened. I was suffering from muscle loss, torn muscles, and debilitating fatigue, anxiety and depression. With no HGH in Panama or any surrounding countries, I began searching Mexico. I found HGHmx and contacted them immediately. Despite it being a Saturday morning, I received a response right away. I sent them my recent lab work and my medical records documenting my diagnosis. By the end of the day a doctor had reviewed my records and approved me for treatment. Graham coordinated everything so all I had to do was booked a flight to Cancun to pick up my medication. Octavio met me at airport with everything I needed (HGH, needles, a sharps container, a cooler bag with ice packs, my written prescription and a letter from the doctor for customs). I received updates from the shipping pharmacy, Graham, and Octavio every step of the way which helped alleviate any concern I had about prepaying for the medication. Octavio was so kind and helpful in making sure I got to my hotel and back to the airport. It was like seeing an old friend! On my return to Panama, I made it through several security check points and Customs without incident or question. The entire experience was top notch. I'm not exaggerating when I say that HGHmx saved my life and I will not hesitate to purchase my HGH from them again and again!

I had a great experience with HGHmx. Graham explained everything upfront and everything went accordingly. After reviewing my blood work, I was given a prescription for HGH. I was originally nervous about traveling from Mexico to the United States with my medication. Graham ensured me that all required documentation would be provided, so I was legally allowed to take my medication back to the United States. Since I was picking my medication up in Cancun, I had to prepay in order to have the medication shipped there. This made me slightly skeptical. Graham said I could travel to Mexico City instead to get my medication. This would eliminate pre-shipment of the medication and would not require advance payment. Travel to Cancun was cheaper and more convenient for me, so I decided to prepay. I met Octavio in Cancun. Octavio was also great to work with. He reached out to me a few days prior to my trip to confirm details. When I met him he provided me with a note from the doctor stating I was under her care, along with the 90 day dosing requirement. In addition, I was given a stamped copy of the prescription. The medication was packed in a small personal cooler with enough ice for 24 hours. Traveling through US customs was a nonevent. Due to my concerns of getting my medication seized from customs, I only purchased 120mg. I figured this would reduce my losses if it was seized. Now I wish I would have purchased the full 240mg. Another trip is definitely in my future.
I just made my second trip to pick up more HGH. This trip went as well as the first one. I worked with Graham to have everything setup before my arrival. Similar to my first trip I pre paid for the HGH. I stayed a few days in Cancun this time. The day before my return flight home, Octavio delivered my medication to me outside my hotel. When setting up the drop off I mentioned my concerns with keeping the medication cold. Octavio gave me additional ice packs so I could leave my medication on ice and give the additional ice packs to the hotel staff to keep frozen. The next morning before I left, I swapped out the ice packs. I had no issues at the Cancun airport when taking my carry on with the medication in it through security. When I arrived at my home airport I was not questioned or checked. I was able to walk right through customs. All the proper documentation was given to me when I received my medication, but was not needed when I went through customs. Another great experience.
Since my last post I have made two additional trips to pickup medication. These trips went seamlessly through both airports. The team was great to work with. For my third trip they delivered my medication to my hotel. Octavio was right on time as always. For my fourth trip I did a quick fly in and fly out. Octavio monitored my flight and was waiting in the drop off area of the Cancun airport when I walked out. I recently had my igf1 levels checks and I can ensure you the Genotropin is legit.
I just made my fifth visit to Cancun to pickup medication. The trip went as well as the first four. Graham setup everything for my medication and Octavio met me with it in Cancun. I stay for a few nights, so Octavio gave me multiple options for picking up my medication. He offered to meet me at the airport when I arrived, anytime during my stay, or meet at the airport before my departure. Due to the medication having to be refrigerated it was easiest to meet at the airport before my departure. As always he was right on time for our meeting. When going through security I was asked what was in the cooler when they scanned it through the X-ray. I told them it was medication and I asked the agent if he wanted to see my prescription. He said no, all is good, have a good flight. I wasn’t asked any questions when going through customs in the US. Another great trip!

While I was initially a bit hesitant traveling abroad for treatment, the entire process was extremely smooth and I am very grateful to Graham and his team.
Flying to Mexico City was a direct flight for me and there is a nice hotel that is literally connected to the airport terminal which made everything very comfortable. Graham met me at the hotel and coordinated the endocrinologist visit at their offices which are close by.
Once my prescription was approved he went through the process of returning to the US in detail and provided all the paperwork and provided me with proper transportation of the medication for the flight home.
Before I made the decision to travel to Mexico for treatment I had felt better reading the positive reviews , I hope that my review will help someone else who might be undecided. I am truly grateful to Graham and the whole team, my experience has only been positive.
