This is a great company. I have been using them since 2018 and they continue to provide excellent customer service. Hey Guy HVAC came to the rescue this Sunday, during the time we are having weather over the 90's. Our AC unit overheated due to a pipe that malfunctioned. I called Hey Guy and left a message this Sunday. I got a call back and they came out the same day. This is a great family-owned company and I will always call them.

I base my response time regarding household repair issues on the number of texts or calls from my wife within a 30 min.or 1 hour time span. After the third message about leaking water and strange sounds from the boiler, I reluctantly took a look at the puddle of water, hoped that the boiler would somehow spare me for the time being, and hang on for a bit longer. You already know the ending to this tale. Wayne was available. Came by within a couple of hours. Whenever I call this guy, he's there!! It's like he lives down the street. Great response time. Great work. In and out.

I have used Hey Guys llc every time I have needed any service , and they are always on time and great to work with. I recommend them whenever I can. Came out with little notice today to make sure my AC will be working before the hot weather this week

Wayne was great, he was quick, efficient and clean. he sent a report back stating what was good, neutral and needed in the future. Prices were fair and work was outstanding, there was no up-sale pressure and the price quoted was what i was billed for.

I found Hey Guy when my AC went out last summer. Since then they have helped me replace my AC, boiler, and upgrade my electrical service. They treated my home with the utmost respect and urgency. They are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and have some of the best prices around. I 100% recommend giving them a call if you have any issues in your home, or if you just need your HVAC system inspected.
