Poor durability and unhonored warranty My second set of pans to replace the first order of deteriorated cookware. Replacement refused unless I pay for the shipping to return defective cookware. First replacement was made with out any return demand. Photos of condition of pans was sufficient. Do NOT purchase HEXCLAD. A waste of money

Great product but... Uses "forever" chemicals Amazing performance, but comes at a cost (not price)...HexClad Cookware advertises its nonstick pans as free from harmful chemicals. But, according to recent reports, HexClad may be using a chemical compound called PTFE as a non-stick coating on its pans. PTFE is a type of PFA, or “forever” chemical, that can build up in the human body and does not break down over time.

These pans stick! These pans are not non-stick pans as advertised. I was looking to replace my hard anodized nonstick pan from Sur La Table that was more than a decade old, and thought with an endorsement by Chef Ramsey, these must be great products. Turns out that these "nonstick" Hexclad pans cannot even cook a simple omelette without sticking and cannot even sauté potatoes without having to use butter or oil to avoid sticking to the pan. Further, Hexclad is multiple times more expensive that my cheaper, hard anodized nonstick pans which are fantastic. These Hexclad pans are all going in the trash where they belong, and going back to my old pans which I've already ordered for 1/4 the price. It's clear Hexclad has spent all the money on its fancy marketing, and not on making a great product. Extremely disappointed and feel ripped off.

I like it but it has begun to fail It discolors around the rim.I didn't like to only recently discover that you are supposed to avoid high heat with it, and also avoid putting it in the dishwasher.The cooking surface shows signs of deterioration so I suspect it will need to be replaced after only a couple of years of use.

THEY DON'T HONOR WARRANTY Hexclad claims to offer a lifetime warranty. I bought my pans several years ago and don't have a receipt. They refuse to honor warranty without receipt. The problem with the pan is, unlike their advertisement, the coating is regular teflon, not any kind of ceramic. This coating wears out just as badly as regular pan. The material the pan itself is made from warps from heat and results in a dry bubble in the center of the pan with oil around it. Do they expect me to provide receipt 20 years from now too? Extremely disappointed.

Good quality, robust, but the coating does come off within first year of usage Bought the 7-piece set just over a year ago and they were indeed upgrades to the pans we have been using in the past. They are heavy, sturdy, and we have no complaints on build quality.The large pan (most frequently used) started to lose its coating within this first year of using. This was unexpected. Once it started losing the coating, after washing you can still see other, smaller pieces of coating coming loose.It is great not having to really worry about using only specific utensils, I want to point out that these pans in a few months do show impact of usage on the coating in the pan.

Greenwashed Product BUYER BEWARE This product contains PTFE, which you can find hidden in their site now. They are better at marketing than being honest and trustworthy for the safety of their consumers. Do not waste your money, the pans are no better than many others and truly was a waste of my money!

Not as good as advertised Gordon Ramsey is definitely overadvertising these pans. They’re good pans but not sure I’d spend this much money again. The smaller pans are not as non stick as they should be for eggs and other stickier foods. The Wok pan is awesome, that one I definitely recommend.Unfortunately not worth all the money spent on it.
