Dealt with Gary from the start, he was amazing and made the process really smooth, easy to understand and he was patient. Gary explained everything in detail and was thorough. I couldn’t recommend Gary/hestia mortgages more. To put it in perspective when the mortgage offer all went through and Gary took the back seat and had done his bit we were anxious to be without Gary! 10/10 and brilliant communication from day 1. Gary has been absolutely incredible! As first-time buyers, Gary guided us through every step and kept us updated at all times. We never had to wait more than 24 hours for an answer, which was most reassuring. Gary was proactive in taking a problem and giving us a resolution before delivering us the news. Even after our mortgage offer was granted and purchase completed, Gary has still been here for us, yet again with a resolution to our problem within the hour. Gary has done a fantastic job from start to finish on both mortgages for different properties. He is always on the end of the phone or email and will almost always pick up a response that day. No issue ever seems to be a problem for Gary, he is supreme at getting mortgages sorted with little stress on the client. I will never use another mortgage provider, he is that outstanding. Couldn't recommend Hestia and especially Clare enough! Such an easy process and helped every step of the way, especially helpful as we were first time buyers not really knowing what we were doing, and our purchase had some complexity which Clare did some research and ensured we understood the process and what options we had available to us, Thank you again and will be using when we remortgage in the future
