My gate would not close It was a Friday evening around 9pm. I called Hero Tec and Avi came to my home, fixed my gate and provided me with the most superior service. He was the only one who was acutely aware of the importance of my call. He delivered the best service. He tried to talk me through the repair as he felt I could have reset the gate. When he realized that may not be the issue, he came over to my home, on his night off from work, discovered the issue and fixed the gate immediately. He is the best in town. Don't hesitate to call as you will be completely satisfied with his service. Avi delivered the most amazing service. So happy I found him. Top, top notch.

We have 2 electric sliding driveway gates which were installed 5 years ago. Recently they stopped working properly, not opening or closing using the remote control. I called Avi at Herotec as we had worked with him previously and were very impressed. He showed us how the wheels and chains on the gates were rusted and needed to be replaced. He took care of this right away and now the gates work perfectly. Even more impressive, he told us how we could do monthly oiling of the chains and this would prevent them from having to be replaced again so soon. The original installer of the gates gave us no such advice which is why the gates needed to be repaired today. Thank you Avi!
