At the beginning of the year, the old service I'd been using for over two years shut down, and all users were transferred to HeroSMS. At first, there were some problem issues with balance transfers, specifically the time it took - I waited over a day. However, I won't downgrade my rating because the numbers are much better than sms-activate. So far, I'm happy with the experience. I'd like to see them add more services
