Courteous front office staff that offer flexible scheduling. Hygienist Ashling was amazingly knowledgeable and incredibly thorough with her cleaning. All recommendations were patiently explained. Dentist completed the experience and made recommendations based on the my explanation of the situation and the insights she was able to glean from the 3D rendering and X-rays. I even got an opportunity to play around with my 3D render to get telemetry to my mouth that I never saw before.
Dr. Jameel is an excellent dentist who provides high-quality care with exceptional professionalism. She explains treatment options clearly, uses a gentle approach, and ensures you feel fully informed and comfortable. The office is clean, efficient, and so friendly. Ashling was an amazing dental hygienist. She was very knowledgeable and made my cleaning a great experience. Dr. Jameel then came in and was just as great. She took the time to answer all the questions I had and explained everything in a very detailed, easy to understand, manner. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Jameel and staff. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
Ashling, the hygienist, was most amazing. She was not only gentle and kind, but also very patient in explaining the numbing agents and how they work. Her bedside manner was impeccable and I Immediately felt calm. I totally trusted guidance during the process of deep cleaning, a procedure I used to dread for and felt nervous about. Apparently, she is passionate in her work and has genuine care for clients. I am grateful for this experience.

Dental hygienist polished my teeth before the teeth cleaning. For last 50 years I am used to having my teeth polished after the teeth cleaning. I told her but she continued with polishing my teeth before cleaning. Also she kept pushing me to come for cleaning every 5 months instead of every 6 months as allowed by our insurance. My teeth are very clean because I use waterpik and floss everyday.

I'm sorry your last visit didn't meet your expectations. There's no scientific rule that dictates polishing has to happen after the scaling. Each provider performs their duties according to their training and preference to achieve the same results of clean, healthy teeth and gums. Did your teeth not feel clean before you left?
We also do not base our treatment recommendation on what your insurance covers or doesn't. We never recommend 5months instead of 6, we sometimes propose 3-4 months recalls taking into account evidence based factors tailored to each individual's unique dental and medical needs. We never "push" for treatment, we provide recommendations but you choose what you think is best for your body.
