I had no wait time before I went in for my appointment. The dental hygienist was very thorough In explaining the dental procedures that I needed. She shared notes and x-rays that had been sent to the office from the periodontist whom I also see. Very satisfied with this office and dental work

Wow what a beautiful facility. You step in the door and the ladies are so friendly. The waiting room is comfortable. They have a very affordable program if you don’t have dental insurance. As an RN with no dental knowledge Dr. Jameel broke down everything and explained my tooth pain so I could understand. I received detailed options for fixing it with different price options. I’m so thrilled I was referred to them!
My experience was extremely exceptional. The staff is fantastic, very friendly. I have been there twice and both times the entire staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had 2 teeth extracted and I didn’t feel any pain at all. They were very accommodating with blankets and pillows and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Ali, the dental assistant is fantastic. 😊

After my dentist of over 30 years retired, I've tried 5 dentists over the past 8 years and can tell you Dr. Jameel and her staff are exceptional. Not only did I find my exam thorough but also Dr. Jameel took the time to explain concerns and provide suggestions as to where I can improve my dental hygiene. I found the staff very well informed, pleasant and professional. I will definitely return.

I fired my dentist last week. It wasn't any one thing which caused me to terminate a 15+ year relationship, but several issues over a two year period with a final "straw that broke the camels' proverbial back" which forced me to change. Starting over with a new dental care provider is very unnerving, but Herndon Family Dental did everything possible to start relationship building right away. Though I am in need of several procedures to stabilize my dental health and relieve pain and discomfort, I feel I made a very good choice moving to HFD to build a relationship with a dental provider I can trust, and though I've only had one appointment, I appreciate the time and attention I received as well as the beginning or a treatment plan which will help me overcome the issues I have today.
Courteous front office staff that offer flexible scheduling. Hygienist Ashling was amazingly knowledgeable and incredibly thorough with her cleaning. All recommendations were patiently explained. Dentist completed the experience and made recommendations based on the my explanation of the situation and the insights she was able to glean from the 3D rendering and X-rays. I even got an opportunity to play around with my 3D render to get telemetry to my mouth that I never saw before.
