Bought new AC system after old one needed repair 2 years in a row. Hermes did fixes so of course called them. Sales person was great, explaining options and value. Workers installed in cold and snow, no complaints and they didn’t make any mess coming in and out. Overall awesome outfit.

It was time to replace my Trane HVAC system after 28 years. I contacted Hermes to discuss my needs. Stuart reached out to me the same day and set up an appointment to discuss. Stuart was timely for our meetig and very personable and knowledgable about what options would work best to meet my needs. Once we decided on which system to go with, Stuart had the intstallation team scheduled to do the HVAC install within a week. The install team did a very thorough job and took their time in answering my questions and providing me with personaized instruction/training. I am very satisfied with our purchase and working with Hermes. I highly recommend Hermes and Trane!

In would like to get a more complete service. After each service I need to reset timers on the thermostat for items updated by the service. Also, there are several sensors, out side, in the master bedroom, and on the thermostat that require battery updates once per year that I need to change (requires two types of batteries, as specified in each sensor). I am currently fighting Alzheimer’s AND Parkinson’s, a battle that I will eventually loose, and I would like a service agreement that will not require my wife to complete the service each six months. Not sure what we paid. My wife took over the finances as recommended by my doctors. Bob

We had great service from Hermes. We purchased a new Trane HVAC system that replaced a 20+ year unit. The crew was on time and were very efficient. They were through in explaining the system & how to control the humidifier, how to change the filters & clean the outside unit. I would highly recommend Hermes for repairs also. They have been able to get a repair technician here, on the same day, when needed.
