We have taken our pup to Heritage several times now for allergies. Dr. Pinto and her staff are all wonderful and treat her so well along with spending plenty of time answering all our questions. It’s always easy to get an appointment and the wait times have been very short. I also like that they itemize all the options to help you figure out what you can afford to do.
I am so thankful for Dr. Pinto and all of the staff at Heritage Animal Clinic. I had to make on of the hardest decisions and put my sweet boy, Louie, to sleep on Monday. Dr. pinto was there to answer all of my questions and gave her honest opinion about the situation. My family and I were given as much time as we needed to say our good-bye’s. When it was time to let him go she explained the process to us and talked us through each step. I could see that my baby was tired and he left his physical body so peacefully. This world and our home will never be the same without him. I am so brokenhearted but he is resting now. There are not enough words to say “Thank You” to Dr. Pinto and her staff for the care provided to Louie but most of all for the compassion that they showed during this difficult time. 💔

Dr Pinto and team worked diligently to figure out the cause of my senior dog’s eye problem. We were treated with compassion and patience throughout the process. Dr Pinto followed up via phone call multiple times to provide new information and check on the status of her eye over the course of multiple days. The entire staff are professional, warm and caring. My dog loves the Vet and I drive over an hour to see her. There are 4 or 5 clinics on the way to their office however the level of care is better than anywhere.

This clinic is AMAZING. Dr. Pinto is very passion about caring for animals! She takes the time to answers all questions and concerns about your animals treatment plans.
