As first time buyers we knew nothing! But Lauren was a super star and held our hand the whole time, she gave the most personal service and allowed me to sound off all my worries and frustrations time after time. I had a never ending list of questions and she answered all of them and if she didn’t know the answer she would go and find it and comeback to me. I always felt well looked after and the best advice given. Lauren was able to be flexible and was always available whenever I needed her. At first we thought we did not need a mortgage advisor as we could handle it all ourselves but we listened to what Lauren had to say and we are very pleased we did.
