Valentin was very professional and helpful from asking for a quote to actually moving. The team on the day were quick and efficient and made our move as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend Hercules for house moves.

Valentin and his team are incredible. Right from the start the communication was brilliant and even though our move date kept changing, I did not have to stress about this part as Valentin was so accommodating. The team went above and beyond and we were very happy we chose to go with Hercules Removals. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend this company 100%- you will not be disappointed!

Excellent job

These guys are super efficient and carful. They started loading at 10 and by 3 pm we were done unloading at the other end. This was a move from Norfolk to Cambridgeshire! The staff is very nice as well

Valentine and his team did an excellent job. My belongings were in storage for more than a year, and I was worried about the leather furniture being damaged. When they moved everything to the new house it was a release. Great communication. Highly recommend!

Recently hired Hercules Movers & Storers for a move from one unfurnished flat to another in the same city, and they were honestly fantastic from start to finish. After a survey visit to the flat during which Valentin explained everything they can do, I was offered a very reasonable quote that included optional packing of contents. Ended up purchasing a package of boxes+tape+markers from Hercules that Valentin delivered just a day or two later that were used to do a self-pack. Communication from Valentin to make sure that everything was ready for the day of the move was always fast and clear. On the day of the move, Mike+David+Valentin came over right on time in the morning and started moving all of our boxes and furniture. This process included wrapping of fragile or sensitive items like a mattress, sofa-bed, monitors, etc., and disassembly and reassembly at the new property when required. All three were super friendly, funny, and professional throughout. They made an experience that can often feel stressful and overwhelming on the day be very relaxed. I highly recommend this service to anyone!

Valentin and his team, Mike totally deserves the 5 stars service for moving house. They worked very efficiently and organised in helping to move our boxes and furniture to new house. They were very careful and vigilant when handling and also take into consideration of protecting the property and carpet. They even helped us to assemble our furniture again in new home. Moving house is generally stressful but we are grateful because they take most of the stressful part away. If you want a stress-free house moving, leave it to the professional like Hercules Movers. Solid move not gonna lie. Love the blue stuff they covered my furniture with, it protected it all! Such a good move infact I'm planning my next one JUST for this company.
