Highly Recommend! Exceptional Experience at the New Phan Tu Branch
I had a fantastic experience at the new Herbal Spa on Phan Tu Street. Having tried their other two outlets on Duong Dinh Nghe Street, this new branch is now easily my preferred choice!
The service here is absolutely great from start to finish. The ambiance is beautifully quiet and incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect escape to unwind. The staff deserve a special mention—they are polite, soft-spoken, and highly attentive to every detail.
A plus for this specific outlet is that it features an elevator/lift. This is a huge help and a thoughtful touch for anyone with mobility issues, making the entire experience stress-free from the moment you walk in.
If you are choosing between the branches, I highly recommend booking your session at the Phan Tu location. I will definitely be back!
Amazing experience from start to finish! My husband and I chose the full-body treatment, which included a body scrub, body balm application, and a facial. The facilities were luxurious and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the choice of a comforting mushroom soup or refreshing mango yogurt at the end of the treatment.
The spa is fully equipped with showers and toiletries, making the entire experience completely hassle-free. All you need to do is arrive, unwind, and enjoy. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed, and we would happily return again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent experience. The staff is always smiling, very caring and very professional. The massage was very good and we were kept warm throughout the massage. The space is very calm and clean :) The welcome drinks and post massage snacks were a great touch!

Great massage. I’ve gotten weekly massages, since being in Da Nang. This was an excellent experience. It’s clean, you feel welcomed and ultimately it was a great massage. The masseuse was super attentive to my needs. She kept checking in and listened when I asked to adjust pressure which was great! I ended up falling asleep which was a great indicator for me. I felt good after I woke up! Lol. Overall, an excellent experience and I recommend it!
