The storage offered by Henfield was very good. All the staff involved Matt and Mash from Click and stored were extremely helpful, friendly endly and professional. As well as Moe, Abdul and Peter at Southwark branch when I was collecting my goods. Overall an extremely good experience . I would recommend using Henfield storage to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at this storage facility! On our first visit, Abdul warmly welcomed us, gave a thorough introduction, and took us on a tour of the warehouse. He carefully analyzed whether the unit size was suitable for our needs and was incredibly affable, making the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable. Later, on the day of loading and unloading, we arrived near closing time after an exhausting overnight session packing and moving about 75 sq ft of stuff—we were completely wiped out. Despite the late hour, Peter was extremely diligent and quickly handled all the arrangements, including payment, while providing a detailed overview of the facilities. His professionalism and attentiveness made everything stress-free. Highly recommend this place—Abdul and Peter are both stars!

Mo was exceptional in his service and thoughtfulness. He was knowledgable about the units and recommended a suitable sized unit and was really helpful in stacking the items to maximise space. For Mo alone - highly recommended.

I was really impressed by Henfield Storage. The price is very competitive compared to other London self storage companies. They came to collect my items and the process was seamless when I eventually moved them out. I found the customer service helpful and personable. Would recommend and use again.

I think that Henfield Storage is great place to store your extra stuff. The units are much cheaper than average storage unit. The also offer a free collection service if you pay 3 months in advance. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Really great storage unit and staff. The free pickup was great and efficient, and Abdul was so helpful and nice. Vacating the unit was really smooth and fast, and my deposit was processed immediately

We put my girlfriend’s stuff in storage for a couple of months and every was excellent. Very professional, organised, affordable and overall a pretty good service.
