Great service and fast results I've had a problem with pain my hip/leg for the last year but haven't been to the doctors although I have been doing stretching exercises. I spent last weekend in York and on the Friday I walked about seven miles but I was limping a lot and in pain. On Saturday morning we walked by Hempwell so I decided to go in and ask if they had anything which would help. The lady in the shop (unfortunately I didn't get her name) was really helpful and informative and spent a lot of time discussing the products. She gave me a sample of oil to try and I decided to buy some. A couple of hours after leaving the shop I realised that I was walking normally and with no pain. It is now Tuesday and I still have no pain and I'm able to walk for 5-7 miles daily. It's early days so I need to wait and see if this continues but I'm feeling optimistic.

I can honestly and truthfully say I'm in awe...I went into the store to see Ben who is a wealth of knowledge...he spent time with me...no rush At all..and gave me a sample to try and omg the effect was almost instant on my calmness and the change in the pain in my back is absolutely incredible!!..I've suffered for almost 40years in agony....no pain meds have ever worked but This is beyond my wildest dreams!!..Ben thankyou for listening and helping me choose what I needed(no pushing!)...I'll most certainly be back!!

Have been suffering with pain for a long time and while on vocation in the UK i visited this store. Got some deep relief cream which i also tried in store and Michaela was absolutely amazing, explaining everything to me. Definitely recommend visiting

Michaela was fantastic. She spent ages helping me choose which product will be the best thing for myself for my family. Her customer service was five star and highly recommended to everyone. Don't buy CBD from anywhere else apart from this shop. They are the best.

We visited Hemp Well as part of York's Taste Trail! We felt very welcomed here and the server we spoke to was very knowledgeable about the processes behind creating these products and the benefits they can provide. The chocolate and hot chocolate were very tasty, and the sample of cream worked really well to help relieve a sore neck!

I went here on Saturday and spoke with Natasha. She was a great help as she had lots of insights and easy to follow suggestions. I am new to CBD, so I wanted the basics plus a few recommendations. I came away with a bag of good products which I have just started using. If you are like I was, in the "Hmmm, I have heard about the popularity of CBD, but I am not sure where to start" category, then THIS is the place to go. Good service, good quality, and an excellent experience. Why not drop by this weekend? You'll be glad you did.

I’ve been using the CBD 3000mg oil isolate for over a year now. Feel it really helps me to be calmer generally. And it really makes a difference to my stress levels when flying - so much better. I have always found the staff very helpful and informative. Will definitely carry on using and having a subscription makes it that much cheaper too.

I dropped in to buy some pain relief products for a friend and was advised by Miriam. She was such a massive help! She was kind, understanding, and had so much knowledge despite being fairly new. Finally some sleep I use the 2000mg oil and the foot cream. After having cancer treatment I can finally sleep without crippling cramps in my feet. The oil helps me drop off to sleep very quickly. I absolutely love both products

I was always suspicious of CBD but so far the product I got really had a calming effect on me! Natasha and Martha were both lovely , helpful and knowledgable . My deepest thanks to Natasha for saving the day. I staggered in while wandering around the lanes on the brink of tears from chronic pain (prolonged walking gets harder by the year). After handing me 2 tiny samples, I cried with relief as my pain melted away. That, or my pain threshold got stronger. Either way, liberation is mine!! Thank you Natasha for your kindness to my partner and I, and for introducing us to what appears to be an amazing company, with strong scientific backing and care at the heart of their mission.
