I could not have been more pleased. Alysse is excellent at what she does. She is a buyers agent, so there is never a conflict of loyalties. She was able to guide us through the home purchasing process like no other. There was so much we did not know to look for when evaluating a house. The bones of the house being the most important, foundation, location, roof, deferred maintenance, age and location water heater/s & air conditioner/s etc. When getting the inspection report, she was very thorough to check for over sites and addressing all the issues listed and explaining what our options were. She is incredibly patient and down to earth. I can not say enough good things about her personally and professionally. Great experience! We have been in our home now for 6 months and we love it!

I had just decided to relocate to a certain area of DFW when a beautiful house next to a good friend of mine went on the market. It was in perfect condition and I knew it would sell very quickly. I had not selected a real estate agent yet and was certain I was unprepared to make a bid. A family member had a good experience with HelpUBuyAmerica, so I contacted Alysse Musgrave. Within 24 hours, she had viewed the home, prepared a pricing analysis, presented her (easy to understand) contract, and we were the first to present a bid to the seller! While I would not suggest that Alysse does this for every engagement, it was clear to me that she rose to the occasion on my behalf and did what it took to give me the best shot at getting the home that met so many of my needs. What was important to me became important to her. I got the house and Alysse then helped me through all of the next steps to closing. Because I had found the house, it eliminated some of the traditional work a Buyers Agent does and in accordance with her contract, she shared a very healthy portion of her commission with me! Who does that?!? Buying a house can be a stressful time, but Alysse made it easy and I strongly recommend her.

Buying a Home: Don't Let Them Make a Monkey Out of You!: 2020 Edition | An Absolute Must for the Home Buyer I received the updated 2020 book as a gift, and the information on the mortgage/loan process is worth the price alone. I'm in the market for what will be my 4th home, and I am blown away how much I did not know and the standard practice of collusion between realtors, title companies, and mortgage brokers or lenders. Even with the all the changes in regulations required of lenders to shed light of hidden charges and fees, it's amazing how they try to get around things. Since a home is the biggest investment of most people's lives, this book is invaluable.
