We use HelpDesk Heroes for our school’s IT support and overall it’s been a good experience. The team understands how schools operate, and most issues are sorted quickly through the helpdesk which helps avoid disruption in class. They’ve also helped us stay on top of Microsoft 365 and general network stability. At times responses can be a little slower when things are busy, but nothing major. Reliable service and easy people to work with.
