Actually disappointed with quite a few things. 1-cobweb found at top of window on the stairs. 2- skirting boards not touched. 3 counter surface in kitchen untouched. 4- coffee table in conservatory looke dirty. 5- asked for 2 bedrooms to be cleaned. Tv still dusty. 6- other bedroom untouched except bed and same in other bedroom. 7- en-suite untouched and shower in en-suite not cleaned also en-suite in downstairs not touched. 8- ✅hob, oven, rug, carpet, windows, utility although it required minimal cleaning. Mirrors. Sorry to sound so negative but I had asked for a deep clean and feel I have been so unhappy with the work. Margaret Spence

I was extremely disappointed with the cleaners you sent to clean the bathroom and kitchen in my newly bought flat. They arrived late as they got lost, then one of them ate their lunch inside as they did not have time to eat. The one who was in charge was extremely outspoken about what they would and would not do. This did not include the oven as they were not informed beforehand there was no water in the kitchen and I understand it could not be cleaned. I have had a few long term cleaners over the years and if this was supposed to be a "deep clean" I hate to think what a regular clean would have been. I would not have employed them again!
