Hello Prenup was easy to use with everything set up in step-by-step segments that included written explanations and videos. We were able to save our progress and take our time completing it. They also provided access to get our completed form notarized online, without having to print it and take it in anywhere. We chose not to use a lawyer for help, but that’s an option as well.
The one hiccup we experienced was during the notarization process. We kept getting a “timed out” message and had to start that process over several times and then got an error when trying to connect with the notary. We finally got connected when we switched from using a tablet to a laptop.

My experience with Hello Prenup was excellent. The price was competitive with other law firms I contacted, and the timeline was much quicker. The questionnaire format to create the documents was very easy to follow and we were able to work collaboratively to create a cohesive agreement before we even got the lawyers involved. We upgraded to have a full meeting with lawyers and that was super helpful to get our questions answered and being able to customize our agreement from what was originally created. They were also able to work on the same agreement at the same time which streamlined the back-and-forth process of creating one document. We also used the virtual notary which was extremely helpful and very easy to maneuver. I feel like we have a solid prenuptial agreement that didn't require months to create and am very happy.
