Service exactly as described! Well, almost – I procrastinated hardcore and didn't finish emptying the fridge, even though I added fridge cleaning as an extra. I explained this and offered and/or expected to eat the cost of the extra, but Nina and Inna cleaned the baseboards instead of the fridge, which was so very much appreciated! I'm so pleased that the team did a great job with an end-of-sublease cleaning despite the apartment's age, clutter, and slumlord-special bathroom fixtures. Hellamaid pays fairly and outlines what are and aren't acceptable working conditions. I imagine that I'll give them a call this time next year for a spring cleaning!

I hired Hellamaid cleaning services from a distance and from an internet search. I will be selling my apartment in Kitchener, Ontario shortly and needed a move out clean. Although I did not meet Justine, And, and Yasmin, the pictures my realtor sent looked great. Appliances clean and floors shiny. The company was easy to work with and the communication was efficient. Just needed a quote and a credit card and we were on our way. Thank you for helping me do this even though I live in Alberta.

HellaBad. Had booked a cleaner with them and they texted to cancel on us when the cleaner was supposed to be at our house. Offered to rebook 4 days later. Definitely do not recommend and will look for a reliable cleaner.

I recently used Hellamaid in my downtown condo in the area of King and Spadina. I did not know who to reach out to for my first time using a service and was not disappointed at all. The website is very clear and easy to use but found calling in to book fast and efficient. I was able to get an opening the next day. I purchased a 3 hour clean for a 500 sq foot place and it was the perfect package. My cleaner arrived at the start of the one hour window for arrival (you are given a one hour arrival time) and got to work immediately. I chose to go out for the duration to run errands and asked Rosalie to call me when she was almost done so I could return. I wish i had taken a before and after as the place looked so good (especially my grungy bathroom!!!). I appreciate that the employees are bonded and insured and I would use them...and of course ROSALIE again in a heartbeat. Once I have a predictable routine I will consider using Rosalie again on a reoccurring schedule (you get a slight discount on the rate depending how often you use the service). Thanks Rosalie
