We experienced a problem with our 2013 Volkswagen Passat and initially took it to Auto Works. There were several issues along the way, and it took about a month to reach a resolution. After speaking with the owner, Bob Noriega, the vehicle was transferred to Heights Auto Imports, where the problem was successfully diagnosed and repaired. I am grateful for the collective efforts of Teresa at Heights Auto Imports and Corey at Auto Works. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service made a difficult situation much easier. It is refreshing to see that there are still people who stand behind their work and genuinely care about their customers.

I took my Range Rover in to have the AC compressor and brakes replaced and they did a great job! Teresa was awesome - very trustworthy and transparent about the root-cause for the AC issue and the different options for me to consider. I finally have the AC working again after taking my car to several other places prior without a clear path to a solution. Thank you Teresa for making me comfortable through this process and for giving me some relief in this hot Florida weather. Def recommend!

I've taken my 1998 Mercedes to HAI for the past 7 or so months, on and off. German cars are never cheap to fix, but I love Teresa and her team. They are communicative, quick to get things done, and transparent about pricing. They also offer free lyft rides which is super nice (and not expected). Definitely trust them with my Debbie :)

If I could leave a 10-star review, I would! Funny enough, I bought a 2017 Audi A3 about a month ago and asked AI for the best shop in Tampa to take it to. It recommended Heights Auto Imports as the #1 option—and dang, if the AI wasn’t spot on! From my initial phone call with Teresa to picking up the car after service, the entire process was seamless. Teresa is truly about her business; she’s professional and very transparent about exactly what your vehicle needs. Kyle, who worked on my Audi, was incredibly professional and friendly. He honestly has the car driving like it’s brand new! I highly recommend reaching out to this shop. I’ll be going here for all of my mechanical work from now on. God bless!

I had my AC compressor replaced on my 2017 Audi A4 Quattro at Heights Imports on North Florida Avenue in Tampa. The repair was completed and my AC is now blowing ice cold again with no issues so far. Teresa at the front desk was outstanding—very helpful, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. She consistently answered my calls, clearly explained each step of the repair, and was transparent about pricing, which made everything easy to understand and far less stressful. Her communication and customer service really stood out and made a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate how smoothly everything was handled!

I have a 2020 AMG GLC43 with 20k miles ... The brake light came on ..So I took a chance on HEIGHTS AUTO IMPORTS and met Teresa.. She took me back to show me rear brakes were needed ... I was sick of Land Rover dealers creating more problems than just fixing the ones the HSE was brought in for. I knew I was not alone with this experience and sought out an independent import vehicle service center and found a great one in my Tampa, FL area, Heights Auto Imports. Teresa Brown is the first person you make contact with and if you didn't know any better you would think she was a certified import mechanic herself. She did a complete computer analysis specific to my 2012 Land Rover Range Rover HSE checking all the control modules monitoring the body, drivetrain, and braking system for active trouble codes. I was having misfires that my original mechanic, after I had him install new sparkplugs and coils, still couldn't determine why it continued. The Heights Auto Imports Land Rover mechanic had no problem discovering that a fuel injector was leaking and the #8 cylinder was misfiring from a bad injector. They had an estimate within 2 hours of me bringing it in and they guarantee the work for three years! I seen a lot of cars worth a heck of a lot more valuable than mine, so if they trust Heights Auto Imports with their cars I knew I could trust them to be fair and thorough in what ever repairs and service I needed to enjoy my car for many more years.

They not only diagnosed the issue with my car quickly, but they thoroughly explained what was going on with my car and addressed the issue within 1-2 days. I’ve brought my Boxster to this shop twice now for difficult repairs/service and both times they found the issue and solved the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. They pay very close attention to details - on my last visit they replaced old rusty nuts and bolts on my exhaust system with new ones, without my asking. They’re also very knowledgeable about German cars and Porsches in specific. Their tech Ray knows those cars like the back of his hand. The lady up front, Teresa, is awesome at communicating and always makes sure to give you an update on status daily. Through ownership of my Boxster, I’ve left the car at various mechanics and shops around the bay area. I can easily say I feel most comfortable leaving my car at Heights Auto. I know they’re going to treat the car with respect, diagnose and fix the issue quickly and not screw you over on the service charge.
