Funny enough, I bought a 2017 Audi A3 about a month ago and asked AI for the best shop in Tampa to take it to. It recommended Heights Auto Imports as the #1 option—and dang, if the AI wasn’t spot on!
From my initial phone call with Teresa to picking up the car after service, the entire process was seamless. Teresa is truly about her business; she’s professional and very transparent about exactly what your vehicle needs. Kyle, who worked on my Audi, was incredibly professional and friendly. He honestly has the car driving like it’s brand new!
I highly recommend reaching out to this shop. I’ll be going here for all of my mechanical work from now on. God bless!

I had my AC compressor replaced on my 2017 Audi A4 Quattro at Heights Imports on North Florida Avenue in Tampa. The repair was completed and my AC is now blowing ice cold again with no issues so far. Teresa at the front desk was outstanding—very helpful, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. She consistently answered my calls, clearly explained each step of the repair, and was transparent about pricing, which made everything easy to understand and far less stressful. Her communication and customer service really stood out and made a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate how smoothly everything was handled!
I have a 2020 AMG GLC43 with 20k miles ... The brake light came on ..So I took a chance on HEIGHTS AUTO IMPORTS and met Teresa.. She took me back to show me rear brakes were needed ... She was very informative, and honest ... WHICH IS VERY RARE ANYMORE... I can't stress enough how happy I am with this shop ...not to mention WAY WAY WAY cheaper than the dealer....So thanks to Teresa and her staff

I was sick of Land Rover dealers creating more problems than just fixing the ones the HSE was brought in for.
I knew I was not alone with this experience and sought out an independent import vehicle service center and found a great one in my Tampa, FL area, Heights Auto Imports.
Teresa Brown is the first person you make contact with and if you didn't know any better you would think she was a certified import mechanic herself. She did a complete computer analysis specific to my 2012 Land Rover Range Rover HSE checking all the control modules monitoring the body, drivetrain, and braking system for active trouble codes.
I was having misfires that my original mechanic, after I had him install new sparkplugs and coils, still couldn't determine why it continued.
The Heights Auto Imports Land Rover mechanic had no problem discovering that a fuel injector was leaking and the #8 cylinder was misfiring from a bad injector. They had an estimate within 2 hours of me bringing it in and they guarantee the work for three years!
I seen a lot of cars worth a heck of a lot more valuable than mine, so if they trust Heights Auto Imports with their cars I knew I could trust them to be fair and thorough in what ever repairs and service I needed to enjoy my car for many more years.

Teresa and Ray truly are in the business for helping the customer! They not only diagnosed the issue with my car quickly, but they thoroughly explained what was going on with my car and addressed the issue within 1-2 days. They make you feel comfortable during this stressful experience of car repairs. My BMW runs great now! Definitely will be getting all my repairs done with them.

I’ve brought my Boxster to this shop twice now for difficult repairs/service and both times they found the issue and solved the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. They pay very close attention to details - on my last visit they replaced old rusty nuts and bolts on my exhaust system with new ones, without my asking. They’re also very knowledgeable about German cars and Porsches in specific. Their tech Ray knows those cars like the back of his hand. The lady up front, Teresa, is awesome at communicating and always makes sure to give you an update on status daily. Through ownership of my Boxster, I’ve left the car at various mechanics and shops around the bay area. I can easily say I feel most comfortable leaving my car at Heights Auto. I know they’re going to treat the car with respect, diagnose and fix the issue quickly and not screw you over on the service charge.

This is the second time I’ve come here and I won’t be using any other place for the foreseeable future. It can be really tricky finding a decent Mini Cooper mechanic and this place always goes beyond expectations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This visit was only an oil change but they arranged transportation home and back for me so I did not have to sit there and wait. I highly recommend giving this place a shot, it worked out really well for me!

Teresa went above and beyond my expectations on a pre-purchase inspection for a 2014 Land Rover LR4 I was considering buying online, sight unseen. I spent $300 on the inspection, and it ended up saving me from making a $16,000 mistake.
The inspection uncovered major mechanical deficiencies that the dealer refused to address. Without Teresa being my eyes and ears on the ground, I could have ended up stuck with a very expensive problem vehicle.
This was money extremely well spent. Teresa was thorough, professional, responsive, and gave me the confidence to walk away from a bad deal. I highly recommend her services to anyone considering buying a vehicle remotely, especially a used Land Rover.
