Needed our main line cleared in a hurry. They sent someone next day, cleared the drain and also spotted an issue with the city drain as well. Everything was wrapped up by late afternoon. Mike R. was on time and on the job to immediately find and fix the problem of a leaking toilet in our crawl space. For three years now, Heeter Plumbing has been an exceptional service provider for our plumbing needs.
We just had a plumber at our home from Heeter. He was kind and personable as well as very qualified. The reason I am leaving a review is that when he was leaving he noticed there was something wrong with our door. He went and got a screwdriver and had it fixed in 2 minutes. Heeter Plumbing returned to my house for the second time, not because the didn’t fix my issue the 1st time, they did. My aging home needs some attention. Both visits encompassed exceptional service. They haven't done the work, but they came out and looked at my problem and are trying to find a solution. I called numerous co. No one would come out. THANK YOU HEETER.

Mitchell replaced my busted water heater. Courteous, friendly, and got it done in only a couple hours. Company itself is friendly and is really willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Can't thank them all enough!
