For clarity to anyone reading this, the concerns raised here were addressed after our conversation. We reviewed your pet’s clay paw impressions and confirmed they were completed properly and met our quality standards. Additionally, after contacting our Aquamation facility, we were able to retrieve and return your pet’s implants to you.

During our conversation, you also shared that, given this resolution, you intended to remove this review.

To provide context for other pet families: in pet aftercare, implants are not automatically returned unless they are specifically requested in advance. This is standard practice across the industry. A helpful comparison is a grooming appointment, if a pet parent does not request a specific service or style beforehand, the groomer proceeds using standard practice. Wanting something different afterward does not mean the service was performed incorrectly; it means the request was not communicated ahead of time.

All items associated with your pet’s care were ultimately returned in good condition and met our standards. We appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and bring this matter to a resolution.

• I reviewed our support inbox, and we do not have any emails from anyone under the name “Vi Ann.”

• Nowhere on our website do we state a 72-hour processing or turnaround time. That information is not posted by us and is not part of our service timeline.
