The office team and Julian were incredibly professional and they were able to coordinate a really quick part replacement and get it back up and running. Huge thanks from a very grateful customer. Routine overdue Worcester boiler service. Extremely pleased with whole experience. Appointment made by phone, confirmation e mail and text reminder day before. Jason was extremely pleasant and efficient. Boiler cleaned , some issue identified and the large kitchen radiator is now heating well. Have no hesitation in using Heatwise again

The whole process from quotation to installation was swift and we always felt at ease. Advice was really helpful and precise. Julian helped us understand what we needed and options available. During installation great care was taken to reduce mess and inconvenience. Julian and Jason were extremely helpful and friendly when explaining the running of the boiler, controls and app. Delighted with the new Worcester Bosch Como boiler. The house is already much warmer.

Our boiler failed two days ago leaving us with no heating or hot water. I tried a number of gas engineers recommended by friends, none of whom were either available, or in two cases failed to return my call. I found Heatwise Plumbing on the internet and contacted them at14.54, their engineers arrived later that afternoon and by 18.00 our boiler was back up and running. From my initial contact I was impressed by their efficiency. The lady who took my call was very helpful and explained that the engineers would be with me later in the afternoon, she texted me later to say they were on their way. The two engineers were pleasant and smartly dressed. and clearly knew their stuff. They did a thorough diagnostic check of the boiler, identified the problem and rectified it. I would recommend Heatwise without any reservations. Full marks!
