I recently had my boiler serviced by Heatsafe. Very professional from start to finish: good communications, by email, from the office; fair quotation; the engineer turned up on time, and did a thorough job, including inspecting the flue in the attic; easy to pay, either by bank transfer or card (the engineers have card readers). Highly recommended, I would happily use them again.

New boiler As my boiler was over 20 years old, I decided it was time to get a new one. I contacted Heatsafe Heating Ltd and Graeme came out quickly to look at my current boiler and recommended suitable boilers for my home. He provided quotes for 3 different boilers and once I had decided the boiler I wanted, I was booked in for the next week to get it installed. Leigh and Dougie arrived on time, removed and disposed of the old boiler and hot water cylinder, installed the new combi boiler and updated all the pipe work from a heat-only boiler to a combi boiler. They were very pleasant in the house, carried out their work in a professional manner, to a high standard and left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. Siobhan in the office issued the gas safety certificate and registered the boiler warranty very promptly after the boiler was installed. I love my new boiler and am very happy to recommend Heatsafe Heating Ltd.

New boiler fitted Engineer came quickly to survey old boiler and on the time we agreed. After inspection it became clear I needed a replacement. There was no callout fee as boiler was beyond repair. I was given a brochure with different replacement options that allowed me to look online for reviews. Next day I received no obligation quotes on all the boilers offered and work required. Upon choosing a Navien boiler works commenced on the agreed 2 working days later. Installer was very polite and courteous. Left no mess, removed old boiler, ensured I knew how to work it before leaving, the company took care of registering boiler for guarantee for me as well. Very happy with their service and I would strongly recommend them to anyone

Graeme at Heatsafe was recommended to me many many years ago by a friend, and I'm glad to say I've recommended him to anyone who's needed a heating engineer ever since. Over the years Heatsafe has installed a new boiler and system in my old flat, new (and much warmer!) radiator in our son's room in our house, a now a new boiler in the house too. The team are all really professional, super punctual, and have always done a great job. Graeme has also always sought to keep costs down, which is a massive help. 100% would continue to recommend to friends (and foe). Jenny
