The company was responsive in coming out to provide a paid estimate of our furnace and duct work. The problem was that after the visit we never heard from them and did not receive an estimate. Postscript: Following the posted response from the owner, we followed up with him, and he apologized for the missed connection. He refunded us our money and we appreciate his effort! Thank you Omar!

My furnace quit in the middle of the night on a Saturday night (of course). It’s never convenient to lose your heat when it’s 42° outside, but this was a particularly bad time. I received a phone call first thing Sunday morning and Moe came right out. He investigated the problem and found it needed part. That part was on another truck in the company so he worked out a swap to get the part that we needed to our house. Long story short, our heat was fixed by midday Sunday. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend the team of Moe and Baker at Heating and Air Experts!
