Best ever Taxi Service!! Our flight has arrived much earlier than scheduled at Heathrow T4 this morning but the driver contacted me in no time to arrange an immediate pick up at the Arrivals Hall.

Great first time experience with this company. Driver was on time and very personable. He helped me with my luggage and chatted with me the whole way into London. The car was lovely and clean and bottled water was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend this car service. A+.

We booked this taxi from Portsmouth cruise port to Heathrow T3 on Saturday and it was spot on. I asked if we could shift the pick up half an hour earlier (worried about traffic) and they sorted it straight away no problem. The driver was right on time, the trip was smooth and the car easily fit our two big suitcases plus the kids. Would happily book again

Very nice chaffeur. Nice car. One hour late to the airport due to pan incident. But we were not in a hurry. The chaffeur did everything in his power to compensate

1st time using Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs. Before I booked i spoke to someone regarding what is best to book and they advised they track the flight number and would be there waiting.
So, our flight from Edinburgh to Heathrow was 25mins early, we collected our luggage and tried multiple times to get in touch with the office to see where the driver is. Nobody answered from 9.25am and finally got a message to say thr driver was only on route and would be there 9.50am
We were waiting for the driver to arrive and then he helped us with the luggage.
Got in the vehicle and had 1 bottle of water but 4 passengers!
Vehicle was little cold and we did ask driver to turn heating up little touch but didn't.
Our drive from Heathrow to Gatwick was smooth

The booking was made for a 09:50 arrival, with a request for pickup 30 minutes after landing. According to the information in the booking, the pick-up time would have been 10:20 am. However, the original landing time was 09:15, which would make the appropriate pickup time 09:45. You were picked up at 09:53am. £20 was refunded to compensate for the inconvenience. This means you only paid £136 for an 8-passenger Mercedes Van from LHR to LGW.
Regarding the vehicle, you booked a 6-passenger minibus, but we sent an 8-passenger minibus to provide additional space and comfort at no extra cost.
As for the temperature in the vehicle, our drivers set it between 19°C and 21°C, which is a comfortable range for most passengers. Passengers are welcome to ask the driver to adjust the temperature or turn on/off the radio as needed. It’s a big vehicle and it takes a few minutes to reach the desired temperature once it’s adjusted.
The bottled water provided in the vehicle is complimentary, and we do not charge for it.
Regarding the issue with unanswered calls, we were changing our telecom provider and had some technical issues with our phone service. This coincided with a busy season for airport transfers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
