I had to go urgently away and this was first time my cat Oreo had to stay away from home. He is a young boy, and isn’t the easiest cat to look after. When I brought him to the cattery, I instantly loved the place. It is very welcoming, clean and spacious. The cats who were there on holiday loved it. Oreo was calm and happy as soon as he got out of his carrier. I went away knowing that he will be looked after well. I had 100% confidence that he will be happy and I can stop worrying about him. I also received an update during the stay. I definitely recommend and I will be using them again in the future.
I've left my cat with Jen twice now and will continue to leave my cat here in future. Jen genuinely loves cats and cares for their wellbeing. She is very attentive and understands that cats don't like change, so her primary focus is to focus on de-stressing cats as much as possible. I have no doubts that my cat was well looked after on both visits. Highly recommend!!
Jen looked after our gorgeous little cat, Sophie, for 3 months when we were moving to Australia. We were so nervous about leaving Soph but, the minute we met Jen, she gave us all the confidence we needed. She took beautiful care of Sophie, gave us regular updates and worked with our pet movers to get Sophie safely on the biggest journey of her furry life! Thanks so much Jen, we cannot recommend Creature Comforts enough, 5 stars!
We left our cat here for 10 days in February 2024 .He is very shy and scared to stay with strangers but Jen made him feel so relaxed and calm. She is so good with all her little guests and treats them with so much love and care . I would definitely recommend leaving your cat with Jen. She is so knowledgeable about cats and their behaviours and understands their needs and how to keep them safe and happy. Special thanks to Jen
I've came for a appointment at Great Ormand Street Hospital turned out Ill be staying for 2 weeks There Rules include no cats so I am Lucky's Sister As Lucky's Sister it is my duty to make sure lucky is always in a good environment and around the right people in the right place. I honestly think creature comforts cattery ticks all those boxes and Jen is the definition of a Good Person. Creature Comforts Cattery is a 1 in a million Cat daycare for your furry animal.
my cat has just spent 8 days here. It’s the first time I’ve had to leave my cat at a place like this, and I’ve got to say I’m very happy with the service, and would definitely recommend. The owner, Jen, is a very nice lady who is very knowledgeable about looking after cats. I’m going to use again next year.
Excellent service and my cat loves it there. Very well taken care of.
