Hi everybody just had a boiler replaced by Gareth of HeatGlow, Omg what a nice guy and what wonderful job of he did in one day and this is a report from a retired Heating Engineer/ Plumber.

I'm very happy with HeatGlow. Been using them for servicing since they installed my boiler a few years ago. Always very efficient and pleasant to work with. And tidy!
We needed a service on our boiler and I'd noticed it was over pressurizing when the heating came on. I called Heatglow, their friendly staff made me an appointment for a couple of days later, which was excellent. On the day of the appointment, Gareth turned up early, discussed the issue and completed the service and repaired the boiler very efficiently leaving the house clean & tidy. I will be using Heatglow from now on, I 100% recommend Gareth & Heatglow. Thank you.
Engineer arrived on time. He carried out the job efficiently and thoroughly. I have no hesitation in calling out the plumber from this company if I ever need to. Not often is there a company you can rely on!

Carl turned up for appointment on time, was very clear on his pricing. The area was was left clean and tidy and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service.
We had excellent service from Heatglow when they installed a new boiler for us. The whole process was smooth with excellent communications from the initial quote to the completion of the job within one day. Our boiler was nearly 25 years so the installation required routing of a new condenser pipe. Karl, the engineer, discussed the various options with us and was able to route the pipe inside the garage to an outside drain. A nice neat solution. Karl was also very respectful of our property, removing his shoes whenever he came inside-which was a lot! He kept us informed of progress at every stage so we could relax and get on with other things while he was working. Everything was left neat and tidy after he finished. Overall, we were very happy with the job, and it has a pleasure to deal with a company that answers phone calls, replies to texts/emails, arrive on time and do the job they promise. They fully deserve their 5* rating and I will be happy to recommend them to my friends and family.
Very helpful on the phone when booking a call out and the engineer was really professional and he identified the problem and fixed the boiler in a timely manner
