I’ve used Heart Moving twice now and both times they are on top of communication, customer service, and efficiency. I’m never left asking questions about the process and they make moves feel smooth and easy.

I have used Heart Moving Manhattan for three moves, twice in the city and once between states! They are amazing, so professional and yet very nice and personable. They are very efficient and reliable. I am so grateful for the wonderful job they did for us .

Excellent service and great prices. The team was fantastic, super quick, well-organized, efficient, respectful, and really easy to work with. The management team was also incredibly helpful. I absolutely loved their service and highly recommend them!

Odd that this place has such high reviews. I've used them twice. Their moving team keeps pressuring me for a higher tip (>20%). It seems they were instructed not to do that, but do anyway. I had a water cooler that melted because one of the movers asked me to grab something from a taller shelf, and it ended up burning the box it was in and melting the cooler. I was flustered but the movers laughed and found it amusing. The moving team buttered me up for a higher tip, and when they left, I noticed they didn't even bother unpacking the bathroom. They were in a hurry to leave. After I noticed, I tried to reach them, but nobody picked up. Then I tried to reach out to Ana, who had been checking up on me up to that point, but stopped responding to my messages as well. I then got a call from her supervisor, who offered to send the movers back. I had already gone ahead and unpacked the box, so I told them that wouldn't do anything. The supervisor then proceeded to have the audacity to get angry at me, telling me that if he couldn't send the movers back, that "we were good". Suffice to say that I've learned my lesson, and will be looking for different movers the next time around.

Heart moving took a very good care of my furniture while storing and delivering it. Everyone in the company is thoughtful and professional. They check on you prior, during and after the move to make sure everything went well. In addition to the great service I know I can always count on them.

Excellent service, both the movers, and the planning for the move. Ana is excellent at what she does, and is more than willing to help and come to a solution. Very accommodating and fair pricing, especially for stellar service. Movers were fast, kind, and efficient. They made sure that all of my furniture was wrapped and protected, and did so efficiently. Their staff was courteous, on-time, professional and had appropriate equipment to assist with many large and fragile objects, across various elevation levels, crossing state boundaries. I booked this move with a gentleman named Chris and need I say everything went well with the booking. Chris was extremely knowledgeable. The actual move was smooth sailing from start to finish. I had three moving men, Jose was the main guy and two other men very efficient and neat movers. I could not have asked for a better experience.
