I moved last week with Heart Moving. Everyone was professional and kind, especially, Ana, the woman who helped me set up the move. I didn`t know if I was going to get the approval for my new apartment in time for the moving day. Ana reassured me that I could move my stuff to their storage facility if needed. This helped me a lot with the anxiety. The Friday night before the move at 6:00 pm I got the email approval for the apartment. The movers were hard working and considerate with my belongings. It was a long carry for them and I appreciated all their effort. It was not easy. Ana was particularly helpful with my arrangements and packing suggestions. She supported me with her advice and reassurance. It meant a whole lot. Moving is the hardest for me. I strongly recommend Heart Moving if you are looking to move. They will support you and the quote is more than reasonable. Good Luck !

A friend referred Heart moving and we weren’t disappointed!
2 bedroom intracity move completed over 2 days (4hours/day). 4 guys came each day and were SUPER efficient.
We were worried that the speed might come at a cost of quality (and breakages). We have unpacked most of our kitchen stuff and no breakages so far! The only downside was the environmental impact of using so much paper to wrap it…
The packers conducted themselves extremely professionally. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. They showed up on time each day. Even stuff we didn’t know we needed overnight they deliberately left it unpacked knowing we would need it. Truly professional.
Nick — the lead contact person who managed our deal — was phenomenal. Quick and clear communication.
Would strongly recommend :)

I hired Heart Moving for a very complex move. I had contacted several moving companies, but, as a result of the informed, experienced and personal response that I received from Ana and Mike, I chose to go with Heart Moving. They worked with me to make the move happen and at a competitive price point.
The move had many obstacles to overcome, but Mike, Ana and all of the staff were able to see the move through to its completion.
The entire staff was courteous, able and professional.
I will use them for all my moves. I highly recommend them (and I am not that easily pleased!!)

Heart moved six large, heavy pieces of furniture for my son into a fourth floor walk up in Brooklyn — they were punctual, friendly, communicated well, and did an excellent job. Deana in the main office was a pleasure to work with on scheduling and pricing, and the price was extremely reasonable. I recommend them highly!

I have to give a shoutout to the movers who helped us during that crazy storm last week! These guys were absolute rock stars. Rain pouring, wind howling, and they still managed to get our stuff safely to our new place without a scratch. Talk about dedication! They worked tirelessly, and their positive attitude never wavered. We were blown away by their professionalism and the way they handled the challenging weather. Today was my second time using Heart Moving. I first hired Mike and his team on a friend’s recommendation when they moved me into my old apartment 8 years ago and it was truly the easiest, most seamless experience ever. Of course, when it was time to leave that apartment, there was only one team to call. They made my move INCREDIBLE. It was a bit complex : more boxes than expected, an extra stop…they were beyond accommodating and kind and kept going until everything was done. I cannot recommend them enough.

My girlfriend and I hired Heart Moving to help us with a complex series of moves—my place, her place, an an antique large instrument at a different place, all to our new apartment.
Nick was incredibly helpful in planning the logistics, figuring out what was most efficient, and helping us gauge timing.
The business quotes various moves based on a detailed inventory, and the price is guaranteed. There is no “up charge” on moving day. We greatly appreciated the integrity and transparency.
The moving team (we requested the same guys for all of the moves) was fantastic. Super efficient, careful with and respectful of our things, and genuinely polite. They were really hustling the entire time (and we hired them for “full pack” for everything).
Really a fantastic value and smooth, human experience from start to finish. Professional and organized.

their service is exceptional & reliable. Ana was soooo communicative/responsive during the whole process and I felt very taken care of - from getting a quote to checking in during move day. The movers were super efficient and patient - it took 2 hours from the moment they arrived to the moment they left the move destination. they gave me a 2 hour window for when the movers would come, but they came within the first 20 minutes of that window which was convenient :)

Our experience using Heart Moving, LLC’s services was wonderful and trouble free. Ana White, the Senior Consultant at Heart Moving was truly great at customer service and a delightful person to work with. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had. She also made sure the movers came on time on the moving day and followed up on how the move went when done. The cost of the move was also very competitive. Overall we were very pleased and the whole move went without any surprises.

This was my first year hiring official movers (used to self-move) so I did a lot of research; came across Heart Moving and could not recommend this team enough! Ana was very attentive and patient in scheduling my move. Once the day came, it took less than 3 hours from my lower Manhattan walk-up to my BK apt. The guys were the sweetest and took extra care of my valuables (mirrors, TV, etc). Will only be using Heart Moving from now on!

I cannot suggest Heart Moving enough. They were so communicative and kind through the entire process. I added on a difficult L-shaped couch at the last moment and they we so accommodating. I also got the best price from them! Truly amazing service
