I absolutely love Heart link and staff has been so good to my son. My son looks forward to his therapist coming every single day and ask for her by name. I have seen so much progress with my son‘s behaviors and his autism. I will highly recommend them to any parent that’s struggling with a child with autism if I could give them 100 stars I would. I love Mrs. Holly, Mrs. MaKayla, And Mrs. Hendy great team that treats my child with love and respect.

This company is extremely unprofessional and lacks to communicate effectively with staff. They fail to keep staff so it does your child a disservice because the care is not consistent to actually see results. They are extremely backwards in their processes. Also the coordinator fails to communicate and provide accurate information Do not send your child here if you want effective and consistent care!!! I only put one star so I can leave a review.

We have been clients of Links for more than two years now, and despite some changes in our BTs (behavior technicians) along the way, the company itself has been outstanding. The staff's dedication and hard work have made all the difference in our experience. I want to especially recognize Kristina (BCBA), David (State Director), Goldie (Intake Coordinator), and Shaidy for their exceptional support. Kristina, David, and Goldie in particular are true assets to this company. They are not just employees — they are genuinely caring, empathetic people who take their clients' needs to heart. If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Heartlinks comes into my home for ABA therapy because my son would not bond with outside therapists. Because of this, I chose to do in-home therapy so I could be a part of the learning process and continue working with him when the therapist isn't here. He's 3 1/2 years old and learning new skills weekly. Heartlinks has us paired up with the best team. If I have any questions/concerns, all I have to do is ask. Mrs. Marcia and Mrs. Julie are absolutely (without a doubt), the best team for us!! Everyone working in the office is supportive and caring.

Prior to starting Links ABA therapy, I was feeling exasperated. We were in need of resources at home and support in school for behavioral issues. My son was struggling with following directions and controling his impulses. He was receiving demerits at school and I did not know how to help him. He was growing upset and I did not want him to begin dreading going to school and I did not want to dread weekends at home. I found Links online and the intake process was reassuring. Despite staffing shortages in all other offices I had contacted, they were able to find us a placement relatively quick. It did take a few assignments until we found the right fit, but the last 1.5-2yrs we have had nothing but a positive experience. Our techs have been flexible and great at accomodating our needs. They have worked with us in-home after school, on weekends, at summer camp and in-school at aftercare. This is exactly what we needed. Additionally, our BCBA was wonderful at communicating with the in-school staff, working directly with the in-school BCBA and IEP team. We are wrapping up our best year of school yet. I feel like we have benefited greatly from ABA over the last 2 school years and summers. We are ready to graduate from the program with confidence and would recommend Links to other families in need of in-home services.

I would like to say Thank you to ABA links for helping my son who is a 13 year old boy. He has autism and ADAH. He had a hard time communicating with others at home and at school. Making friends at school was very for him. My son told me before he gotten help, that no likes him and he felt like the words the kids was saying about him. As a mother that hurt me alot because as a mother no one wants to hear that from your children. I kept working with my son and not giving up on him. My son was crying to me one day and said, mom I need help! I dont want to go on like this, please help me! He told me sometimes he dont understand when I explain different ways to him. I reach out to ABA links and it took some time, but not long at all we had a team to stop by my home for my son to help him with the autism behavior and communications. They were amazing my son was shy but then he got use to the therapist stopping by after school. He open up and to the therapist after 2 weeks. Then the progress started to begin and next then I knew it, my son was saying me guess what mom, I have a friend! And now he has friends and he is communicating well at home and at school. My family and I want to say Thank you ABA links for the helping us and we appreciate the team.

I have been connected with this agency for around 5 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is professional, supportive, and truly dedicated to the children and families they serve. One thing I really appreciate is how much everyone genuinely tries to make a difference in the lives of the kids. The team is always willing to help, collaborate, and support both the families and the clinicians. They care deeply about each child’s progress and work hard to provide quality services. I have also been very impressed with the Behavior Technicians through this agency. They are skilled, caring, patient, and experienced. We LOVE Heartlinks!!!!! From when we signed up, the office team has been there for me every step of the way. I’ve been with other companies before, and the communication here is on a whole different level!! Sara from intake has been amazing!! She always kept me updated, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. The care manager is sooo patient and understanding! she’s been such a support whenever anything comes up. This company actually cares! They want you to feel happy and comfortable with your child’s team. When we first got an RBT, she was sweet, but we felt like we needed someone with a little more energy. Hendy really listened to us and stuck by us through the whole process until everything felt right!! They don’t treat you like just another case, they really care about your family and what you need. And now we have an amazing team, and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything better!!! I 100% recommend this company!! The office staff is incredible, and the people working with your child are just as amazing!!

My experience went went well. Shaindy was always super helpful and responded in a timely matter. My RBT was very patient, assisting, and communicative. I would only say that CentralReach could be better by adding spaces for us to include more responses. It can be very limited on its dropdown choices, which at times could be difficult when making end-of-session notes. Overall, a good experience :)

Worst experience with this company ! I started for the first time they sent me a “train” therapist they said very well recommended, first day she’s was ok second and for the rest of the week she put the computer to my son a movie like 4 times in a whole day! When I tried to tell them about her, the BCBA contacted her and I could see her indifference toward me and my son, very disappointed, then they change her and sent a second, very disrespectful, she rolled her eyes every time she didn’t want to do what she was supposed to do. I went with this company because of the reviews I read here, but now I don’t know if believe it or not. Completely unprofessional.

Every since I found Links to work with my autism daughter my family and I have seen a tremendous change in her everyday life. It's been such a huge difference in things she can do now that she wasn't doing before. My daughter has a wonderful BABC that comes to our home and a daily amazing BT. They are great with her. She really looks forward to seeing them come. They really work with your child getting to know and understand their different emotions, behaviors, wants and needs. I truly recommend Links ABA Therapy.
