My experience with HeartlandBuys did not go as I expected it to. I was quoted a price and given a date for closing. The representative, Josh Jones, rushed me for an answer. I asked for 24 hours, yet I was presented with a docusign contract, and Mr. Jones hastily urged me through reading and signing. I agreed to a 60-day sales agreement, not once during this time, was the house shown, nor was I ever contacted in order to address any issues pertaining to the sale. I was told that the sale was not contingent on a third buyer by another representative, Matt McCoy. I waited for word from HeartlandBuys on closing only to receive a text stating that the contract was being terminated. No conversation, closing date still hasn't approached as of writing this review. Then, it was quoted after 60 days of assurances, reduced to an offer 30% lower than original. Take it or leave it. If you work with HeartlandBuys or Clothesline llc. Beware, in my opinion, you can find a better and more honest company.

Kaira was superb at coordinating the closing of our loan. She gave me daily updates on the status of the sale. She was extremely contentious to the details and keeping me in the loop. I would definitely love for her to close any loans for me.

I called Heartland, because I wanted to see what they could do for me on selling my house.
My house needs a lot of work because it was neglected by my common law husband of nearly 17 years for the past several years. Which lead to damage Not only was the house destroyed by my ex so was my credit!
Rhen was honest! He said the best thing I could do was to work a little longer to build my credit, so I could get into another house. To try and rid all I could that had accumulated and then sell the house on the market. He just didn’t think He could give me enough to help me.
He said, he is an investor and He wants to buy houses, but, he also wants to help people too. And he didn’t think he could help me get where I needed to be at this time.
However, he would be a phone call away just to answer questions or even look over a contract should I find someone that could give me what I need.
He still checked on me to see how things are going.
So, you cant go wrong with Rren. Give him a call. You will be glad you did. I know I am!
We had a very good experience with Rhen. From the moment we met him it was clear he was a man of God, very professional, clear and honest in his communication and the price that he quoted us. He actually increased it a little due to compassion for my wife's family. I would definitely want to do business with him again. I wish more businesses displayed the professionalism, integrity and customer service that Rhen and his team showed. And the sale closed in 2 weeks just as he said. Fair price, diligent owner and staff, timely closing.
I had a really pleasant experience with Heartland Buys, I was the buyers agent on a transaction with them and their team was extremely organized, responsive and on top of everything the entire time. I can appreciate when a company has great systems in this industry and would absolutely love to work with them again!
These people had the audacity to send me a letter in the mail with a “cash offer” at roughly a 30% discount to what my home is actually worth. To this business: please lose my contact and stop the unsolicited bulk disrespect of homeowners in this community.

Terrible for me, they left message on my phone as well as sent a check but they haven't purchased my fabulous home. They just seemed to make excuses though I've only spoken with Gilbert. My next step is a complaint to the ftc. Do what you advertise.
