I phoned on Thursday/Friday and got an appointment for the following Monday for my 12 year old. Very professional service from the person doing the booking, the receptionists at the desk, the lady that did the earwax suctioning. Everyone was brilliant and so helpful. The clinic was super clean and my baby was so comfortable and so very well treated. Thank you
I always get nervous when having microsuction done, no matter how many times I’ve had it. Bernie was friendly, warm, reassuring and put me at ease. She constantly checked if I was okay, let me know how long was left, and described what she could see inside my ear. She was thorough but quick.

Excellent, very professional. my daughter had her ears blocked over 2 years. It was beyond what I expected. My daughter is diagnosed with autism spectrum, she needs to be explained to her how is the procedure, this calms her and her anxiety. She was treated by Vicente, a patient, very polite professional, he explained everything to her, the procedure was quick and painless.

Really really REALLY nice! The Audiologist is really gentle and calm! Much better than my yearly blood tests..

I had an appointment to remove a build up of wax in both ears. I was running late but the clinic allowed me to move my appointment 15 minutes, which was nice. The procedure itself took no longer than 20 minutes and that included an indepth questionnaire. Everything about Hearology was very professional. I will definitely use them again. In fact, my wax removal included a free hearing test which I will be attending in the next few weeks!
