Stephen and team were very friendly and professional. Sorted out my clogged up ear and removed a large chunk of condensed wax from both ears. The process was fast and painless and my hearing is now 10x better. Highly recommended

I booked an appointment for microsuction on the advice of staff, who were helpful when discussing my symptoms over the phone. Hearology’s pricing is higher than average, and I was willing to pay a premium on the assumption that I would receive specialist insight.
At the appointment, staff were professional and welcoming but microsuction was declined as no wax was present. I was instead redirected to a consultation. The consultation included a hearing test, which returned fairly typical results for my age, but no clear diagnosis or treatment plan was provided beyond a recommendation to see an ENT specialist elsewhere. Staff were great but I expected more than speculative feedback given their pricing.
In summary, I left £89 lighter and with little practical guidance except to return and purchase custom ear plugs. Many clinics offer a partial refund when microsuction isn’t required, and it’s disappointing that Hearology doesn’t follow a similar approach. Even with the consultation / hearing test, the value for money is really quite limited.

We provide this service, as signalled on our websites and T&Cs, because we don't want to turn away clients who present with a perceived blockage but no actual obstruction. Rather, we'd like to help you understand what's causing the perceived blockage. However, there's more to this service than a consultation and a hearing test - and certainly we always aim to provide clarity at the end of the process. However, it's difficult to provide you with a better verdict because we don't know who you are from the limited personal information available via Google Reviews. Fantastic service and clearly run by an extremely knowledgeable practicioner. I came to Hearology after a very poor experience with another clinic and the Hearology practicioner had to clean up their mess as it were. The procedure was performed with care and with excellent communication. Highly recommended
This happens a lot, Barry - that people come to us having had a poor experience elsewhere. This is because the ear cleaning industry is unregulated and, literally, anyone with zero experience could be the one cleaning your ears if you don't go either to an HCPC-registered audiologist or a CQC-registered practice (also like us!). The team & Bridget are heroes. I had a severe blockage in my ear that was made worse at a Specsavers appointment. I send off a form with little hope and they called early morning immediately the next day with a same day appointment.
The team were extremely caring about my pain and anxiety caused by the previous job and made sure they took care notes and reassured me about the specialists experience.
Despite the swelling, blood and irritation, Bridget diligently made sure my ears were cleared properly. It was a very smooth, relaxing and pain free process for me. The relief from it at the end was bliss and I was ready to fly out healthy.
If you need your ears cleared and looked after, they’re definitely the place to go to. No questions about it.

I accompanied my brother and he received the best treatment from Bridget. Such pleasant customer service started with the friendliest and most welcoming receptionist who reassured my brother that he would be given extra time as his ears were already inflamed from elsewhere and he was travelling the next morning for an important trip. We then went into the room where Bridget treated his ear and the procedure was smooth and painless. They are very well equipped. We also had a friendly chats with the staff there and honestly you felt very comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic!

This branch of Hearology is my favourite due to my recent experiences here. I saw 3 different staff and all of them were some of the lovliest people I've met. Genuine and caring and very professional! I had to return twice because some wax was hard to clear and I needed to put drops in to help shift the wax so they could clear it. They are so thorough and really care about doing a good job for their clients. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Outstanding service when you need it most.
I have been to Hearology at Liverpool Street and London Bridge for micro suction ear was removal. Both times I have found them very professional and a very good service.
