I have received wonderful care at Hearing Services for years now. I called and Shelley arranged a same day appointment for me which I highly appreciated. Audiologist Denise was able to see me quickly to resolve the problem I was having with my hearing aid that wasn’t functioning. Upon seeing me, Denise was able to diagnose and fix my hearing aid within just a few minutes. Denise is knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly. Her efforts are much appreciated! Denise and Shelley are always very caring, helpful and friendly!

Detailed but way expensive . Customer service is outstanding. Follow up on usage and adjustments is as frequent as I ask for. All of my concerns (so far) have been promptly & pleasantly resolved. De ise & Shelly are excellent company reps and good people.
