Warm, welcoming, and expert staff. The key, in my experience, to getting a good result is to explain in detail how the aides are working for you and what tweaks you would like. The staff listens intently to every concern and idea that you have to resume as much normal hearing as possible. I am hearing the best in years after visiting this team. You will not be disappointed !

I felt like I was family. Sarah and Tiffany greeted me like a long lost friend. I'm hearing better than ever now. I just upgraded to the technologically advanced Oticon "Intent" 4D Sensor system and I feel like I have incredible hearing once again. I find myself unintentionally "eavesdropping" at the gym because I can HEAR over the fans and the music ! I suddenly think everyone is talking to me because I can HEAR! I can hear and understand waitresses! I can carry on conversations in restaurants! I get teary eyed just thinking about being able to really participate in life again ! I want to thank everyone involved in advancing this technology. I hope you know that your efforts are sincerely appreciated and truly making a difference in the lives of your fellow humans. Both Nikki and Kevin have the patience of stone! I’ve pestered them for weeks and never see them get irritated or lose their smiles. They genuinely care for their customers. Everyone that wears hearing aids knows how irritating they can be, both of these fine people take most of that irritation away.
They are knowledgeable about your individuals hearing loss,and very pleasant to talk .like talk to a friend , you can going in any time they are open to have you hearing aid clean
