Excellent job on our new bathroom, lots of building work needed and all done to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend. Harry and Jamie have been very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Very disappointing and a waste of money. I was in the process of buying a house and needed a gas safe engineer to carry out a survey of a hot water cylinder to examine an issue flagged up in the house survey. Although they were able to arrange a date quite quickly they then failed to tell me that they had been unable to access the property that day due to the estate agent not having the key. I only found out when I called them a few days later asking for the report. This was the only thing holding up the purchase of the property so was very frustrating. When they did finally carry out the survey they liaised with the estate agents first before talking to me or sending me the report, which was very unprofessional. The report itself was very poor. It lacked detail and didn't include any photos or estimates, despite the report stipulating that photos and estimates would be included. I requested these photos and estimates several times but never got a reply. Even the estate agents emailed and phoned them to try and progress the sale. In the end I had to employ another plumbing company to carry out the job. Luckily the other plumbing company was cheaper and did a fantastic job, carrying out a full survey of the cylinder and including photos. I definitely won't be using this company again, it was a complete waste of £100.

The entire process from start to finish went smoothly. From Michelle arranging the visit and giving me updates throughout. To Harry and Ryan (the engineers) arriving and resolving the issue.
My boiler wasn’t working, a radiator burst and this meant I didn’t have any heating or hot water.
Harry and Ryan were really efficient and fixed the main issue with the boiler, so now I have heating and hot water again! They also closed off the radiator so that no further leaks will happen.
I’m so impressed with how they resolved the issue so quickly. I really wasn’t expecting the issue to be resolved so soon!
They were also professional and respected my home.
I highly recommend them!

I used HDS service to install new boiler in August 2022. The quotation/appointment booking was very easy. I received timely update and reminder message and email regarding my appointment. Engineer visited the property and noted all the points and provided most accurate quote highlighting all the required works. I had further conversation with HDS via emails and phone to discuss all other possible options and amended the quote to suit my requirement without any hesitation. I finalised HDS noticing their diligence in quote, communication and suggestion highlighting extra work required to do decent job. I am happy with new boiler installation. Engineers were very considerate of my property and left my home tidy. I will certainly use HDS next time for any small/big job.

Amazing company. Had a complete new bathroom and moved out during the process. What a trustworthy, polite and professional team. We were kept informed at every stage of the installation.
Job involved ripping out existing bathroom and installing shower, toilet, basin, tilling, false ceiling, new fuse board and many other aspects. All done to a very high standard of workmanship.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
