I called Highfield on a Friday for what I thought was a broken spring. Brian showed up very promptly and was able to fix a cable that came undone. I'm very thankful because they were honest, reasonably priced and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Thanks Highfield!

Highfield Door sales is a name to remember. These guys use only professional products and if something would ever be needed they are right there to help. Even the owner came by to confirm the job was done right. I pray my family never have to face another EF four tornado again, but if we do we know to call Rodney Highfield to help get our lives back to normal fast.

We had Brian come out to our home to give us piece of mind with regards to repairs that had been made by someone else. Wasn't sold 100% on the first repair that was made, so we wanted a second set of eyes to look it over. He was on time, polite, professional, looked EVERYTHING over and gave us piece of mind. Thankfully, nothing needed to be repaired. Made a minor adjustment to how the door seals against the garage floor. Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Scheduling was easy, called before they came out, 100% world class. Recommend these folks to EVERYONE. Will be getting on a yearly maintenance plan with them going forward. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty, it's greatly appreciated.

There are several door sales and repair locations in the area. I called one of the more reputable ones and they sent a couple of individuals out to assess my situation. They looked, scratched, measured, mumbled and left saying that someone would call me. After several days, I called them... The office person gave me a "guestimate" quote and said that they were waiting for a part and would call me when it was in. That was many months ago and I'm still waiting...
Since then, I contacted Highfield Door Sales. They made an appointment with me, called when someone was one their way, were there on time, measured, estimated, communicated, followed-up and did SUPERIOR work! I think about how much headache I could/would have saved with a call to Highfield Door in the first place. VERY fair estimate and final cost!
My bottom-line message and takeaway here is, if you want it done right and done right the first time, make one call. It's obvious after the first conversation that you are dealing with knowledgeable, experienced and COMPETENT professionals.
The job I had was moderately complex (in my eyes) and obviously something that was best left to the pros. I could not do the job myself and the Highfield team hit it out of the park. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

Thank you Highfield Doors for you excellent service on an emergency replacement of the two large springs on my garage door. I could not open my door to get my cars out. The technician showed up within 5 hours of me calling in and did a real professional job of replacing the springs. Thanks again for the excellent service.

I purchased new garage doors from Highfield about 6 years ago. I recently had one of my openers fail. I called Highfield and they responded quickly but the parts were not so quickly available. Highfield came up with a replacement and went out of their way to make sure it was repaired or replaced correctly and I was fully satisfied.
I highly recommend these folks. They know what they are doing and go beyond what is fair.

Brian serviced the garage door, replaced the bottom retainer, seal, and put on new weather stripping. It was so easy to work with him and Dillon who helped me with scheduling. Super professional and most importantly friendly. Brian even showed up yesterday to make sure he had the right color of my garage door. The price is very reasonable. I'd use them again with no hesitation.

Called Tuesday morning about a broken spring. Wednesday morning the service man showed up, went right to work. Replaced both springs as I requested, made sure everything still functioned correctly and picked up and was gone! Thanks great service! Now we'll be going to check out man doors for our house there.

Had two of the loudest garage door openers on the block. Wanting to go local so I had HFDS replace them both. At first the installation was great but was not happy with a few minor details. Wrote a forth coming review and immediately got everything corrected. Very happy with the service, care and products of HFDS!😀
Highly recommended because they with do a great job and if not will admit and fix them due to quality ownership.

I am embarrassed that our technician would do a job like this. I will personally address this issue first thing this morning.
