This was my experience with HD AUTO
Dropped 100 sers cruiser off for a tune upgrade.
1. Get my car back driving home feel a vibration
2. Diagnose the problem myself ! PROP SHAFT WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY BOLTS WERE LOSE
3. Then to find out you had broken my factory new bash plate
4. A few days later transmission oil was dripping everywhere
5. I put high flow air box in and was supplied the wrong adapter tube after telling me it will fit 5 times ( it didn't)
6. Drop car back for a remap because off air box install
7. Get my car back take it for a drive finding it has a horrendous vibration
8. Calling several times to sort something out getting nowhere
So show up with the car still no answer
9. Car booked back in for a Diagnose then to be told to stop ringing us we are busy we are trying to help you we will get to it when we can
10. Then being told that the torque converter is stuffed ( sorry we don't fix those things ring this guy ) Nothing to do with us!
11. Then telling me the boost controller is mounted wrong you need this rubber isolator but you guys mounted it
12. Wonder why I would have to shits with the parts and service !
After spending $7000
Now another $7000 to fix gear box.
Car had only done 96,000 ks and I put the brake controller in so had never towed anything decent
That's why I have the shits about the experience
